Great stay, we love the place. Beautiful apartment, very clean with an amazing view of the sea. A very good place to rest and enjoy the beach. Vicente is always very friendly and request. And an addendum also to the wonderful service of the caretakers with the care and guidance, anyway we love it ❤️

Guilherme is very kind, we needed to reschedule more than once and he was extremely helpful. Flexibility at checkin and checkout. S. Luiz, who received us, was very friendly throughout the stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay a few days, and we're already eager to return. The view is great, 12th floor and sea view, better than the photos, our cats also loved it, they explored every corner!!! The apartment is very functional, large rooms, entrance to the balcony through the kitchen and the living room, independent, which allows for several environments. Garage closed, no repairs, perfect! Sandro welcomed us before we even got home, resolved all our doubts and made us very confident during the rental. When we arrived at the house, we found everything organized and the host always available to assist us, with tips and etc. The house is cozy, the bed is comfortable, shower super good, in addition to the smelling towels. We recommend the rental and we will definitely return.

We loved the stay! Location exactly as in the photos, everything very complete with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, everything clean and very organized! Very close to the beach and easy to check in and check out, only compliments!

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

Everything was just perfect, it met and even exceeded expectations. However, a constructive criticism, I think they could put an internet router near the airbnb for better Wi-Fi connection and the shower after a few minutes on, the resistance turns off and we have to turn off and on the shower again, which disturbs the bath. Other than that, it was a great experience.

We had a great experience at the house! Spacious, well-equipped and extremely comfortable, it was perfect to accommodate the family. I went with a group of friends and loved the house, even simple the house is very spacious, both inside and in the courtyard. Beach nearby and a market just around the corner. We really like it and we will definitely be back. We just missed a 220vlt take but we took a transformer and everything went well. It is well worth it.

We loved the 4 days we stayed there, super recommended, on the first day we thought it was a little small, but since we only wanted to rest it was very good, it had a lot of household utensils which was very good, because we saved a lot on food, we went to the market and cooked every day… we had the unforeseen event of running out of gas but in less than half an hour it was already resolved and the gas guy was already there, so we were super well taken care of…
