Fantastic Villa Sunrise

The Villa is situated in a tranquil village 10 minutes from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Large enough for groups or families as it has plenty of space and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (plus 3 additional sofa beds if needed), perfect for special birthdays and small parties. The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. All bookings are subject to a 3 night minimum stay, with a priority discount for 7 night stays.

Villa Anna, part of a small family resort, is unique and modern villa with 'breath-taking' views over the pool & jet pool & valley to the stunning Dubrovnik Riviera. We are just far enough away from the crowds through the border into the quieter Herzegovina region of BOSNIA. (New faster channels completed December 2019). This villa is part of an ongoing building development, no work is undertaken on our development but work may be carried out on properties in the area. It sleeps 6 guests.
