We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Włókna Inn Classic is a classic heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage with a terrace surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden, a terrace with a place to relax, and a hot tub. The cottage is located about 200 m from Włókna Lake, and the beaches are about 650 m away. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood for the fire/for heating the tub, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.
