One room of the condominium was renovated as a hotel. (24.9 ㎡) There is a 1K-style double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a bed. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, etc., and is recommended for long-term use. There are also several convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. Supermarket and Meena Tenjin are also a 3-minute walk. Hakata Ramen ShinShin Tenjin Main Store is also a 2-minute walk. Good access to Fukuoka Tenjin spots such as downtown and food stalls. * Please note There is an accommodation tax payment separate from the accommodation fee. In January 2026, all double beds and mattresses in the guest rooms were replaced with new ones. Normally we have a double bed and double size bedding/pillows if you are staying with 2 people. If you want to sleep separately, please contact me after booking ~ before you arrive. The room has all the amenities you need. Hair dryer, towels, bath towels, disposable toothbrushes (1 per person), face wash, laundry detergent, frying pans, pots, dishes, plates, bowls, knives, scissors, cups, and IH stove are available (no fire in the room). Our facility is located in the center of Fukuoka City, a 3-minute walk to Canal City Hakata. It is also close to downtown, and there is a 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and a coin laundry within a 2-minute walk. There are also many large supermarkets, popular eateries, cafes, etc.

There are 3 single beds in the bedroom and 4 futons in the Japanese-style room. It is also equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, and WiFi, and is recommended for long-term stays. The host will meet you directly at check-in (3 pm - 9 pm). Please return the key to the key box in front of the entrance by 10 am for check-out. No smoking indoors and no parties.
