Nice and comfortable place to stay in. The family loved the house. A lot of beetles nearby the apartment but the kids enjoyed learning and playing with them.

Pro: Host was very responsive, easy self-checkin process. Parking also easy. The unit is equipped with few kitchen utensils and a fridge. Got pool+beach view balcony. Pool area very big and next to the beach. Near to mini market, restaurant and donut shop. Host provides extra mattress too! So thankful for this :) Cons: Lack of mirror and all family members need to use the only one mirror in master bedroom. Underbed is quite dusty. Interior can improve in terms of wall color to make it more alive/new. Thanks.

House is strategically located near many restaurants and other amenities. Might be the only AirBnB in Kuantan that has up to 8 rooms, plus it has good space in front and at the back of the house for family gathering. The receptionist is friendly and easy to talk to. And the host himself is also very responsive, respectful and kind enough to set up the canopy 👍 Some considerations: - the fence doesn’t cover the whole area. Might feel a little bit exposed, but can use the cars as the “wall” - Most of the cooking utensils, the plates etc and the COWAY water are upstairs, so might need to go up and down several times if you eat at the ground floor/canopy Overall, great place for family gathering!

Our family really enjoy the stay. One of the best bnb stay for us with small kids. They really enjoy the toys and the facilities. The hosts are very thoughtful to provide toys and dvd for the kids and basic needs for family e.g. enough plates, utensils etc. The place is homey. Thanks!

I am glad that i have chosen this unit for my short break. Samsuria resort is located in a quiet neighborhood, of Sg Ular (about 13km away from Balok) Even though it is not situated right in the more happening Balok town, food delivery is available and there are numerous food operators in Sg Ular. The unit itself is spacious, complete with a open concept kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. It has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (the master bedroom bathroom has a bathtub). The water pressure was good but the shower wasn't hot enough for my liking. I liked the fact that this unit is on the top floor, near the lift and it is located at the end of the building which is a blessing for me as i was saved from possible noise from other guests. Despite being at the end of the building, furthest from the beach, you can still see the beach from the living room's windows. The beach was clean and pretty quiet. Overall, i am truly satisfied with everything. Thumbs up for to the cleaners for the good job (though it wasnt perfect but it was one of the cleanest accomodation i have been to) Thank you for hosting my family. Would love to come back again

Our family had a wonderful stay at this charming house! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and at home (Thanks for the fridge full with 100 plus!) The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We especially loved the WIFI! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

A very convenient location as eatery and grocery stores are stone’s throw away. The house is aging with some paint start peeling off but it is still great place to stay.
