They were very pleasant days in Saguarito 2, from the beginning Carlos' communication and attention excellent, the location is very good and easily accessible to the periphery and close to convenience stores and restaurants, a very comfortable and pleasant place. The apartment is very comfortable, nice, clean, matches the photos perfectly, easy to access if you go to the Yucatan Country Club area. The directions are very clear, it has security gates to enter the development. We would definitely stay in the same place on our next visit to Merida.

The place is perfect if you have a car. There are also motorcycle taxi drivers and there are many shops and food nearby. They welcome you in a super friendly way and everything is very nice

We loved our stay here and if it had been available we would have extended our stay for longer! Modern & comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay. Everything you need to cook - it was missing a peeler & when I mentioned this, they delivered one the very next morning along with some other kitchen extras. Outstanding service, super responsive & friendly. We loved our morning walks around the neighborhood too. It was so peaceful & quiet throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place, very central Unique details: The back sliding door no longer closes Maybe some railings on the stairs. Everything else is perfect, excellent service and excellent host, I will return on my next trips right here or I will recommend it to my friends

A discreet house on the street, beautifully redesigned inside, minimalist with a beautiful ethnic and intimate decor. We love it! Perfect for visiting Merida, while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful pool and air-conditioned spaces. Merida is very large, a car is really a plus. We were sad to leave this beautiful place.

The house is very nice, simple and with what you need to be right on the beach.

We had a great 3 month stay at Yanue's place and felt at home there. The house is spacious, light and very comfortable. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning and enjoying the pool in the afternoon. It is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood exepted for school in the back, it was not a problem for us since we were getting up early to work, but it is to be taken into consideration if you plan to make the morning grace! Communication with Yanue was very easy, she always answered our questions quickly and was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well located, all amenities are close by and you are about 20 minutes by car from the center. I would definitely recommend it for a long term stay!

Casa Timesia is such a cool concept. The artwork is really impressive and it's fun that you can purchase the same items in the Timesia store a few blocks away. Speaking of "just a few blocks away," almost everything we wanted to see/do in Merida during our short stay was easy walking distance from the house. The new park La Plancha was huge and we liked walking there after dinner at Gin47 in the Gastronomic Zone. Communication with the host was also easy and the house/pool were spotless when we arrived. We will be back!

It was a very cozy stay, with a very good location, gas stations, pharmacies, shops and places to eat no more than 5 minutes away. The pool is always cool and a good size and depth.

Great place for what it’s needed

The accommodation is very cozy, very nice! And there's a beautiful kitten that welcomes you and plays a lot, I loved it!

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

The hosts were extremely attentive and friendly throughout your stay. The listing location was easily accessible. The site was nice, neat, tidy and close to the beach.

Overall, I thought the place was clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work just fine. Jesus texted instructions on how to get to the place and gave codes for the front gate, apartment door and Wi-Fi password. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond to my text. It would have been nice to meet in person but, it's Ok. I always felt he was just a text away if I needed anything. The place is about a 15-minute walking distance to the Walmart city center in la zona Montebello. They have several shops there and you can take the Va y Ven bus #63 to El Centro or north to La Isla. I truly enjoyed the calm location. I would like to express my gratitude to Jesus for his assistance and professionalism.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

Would stay again, great Host, I'm already making plans for my next stay.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, Carolina, the co-host, is always attentive, the kitchen is well-equipped, in general everything is excellent, the area is very quiet and a few steps from the beach, we had a problem since they don't have the keys to the interior doors, a door was locked with a security lock and Carolina helped us by sending the locksmith, which we had to pay, when it should be the host's responsibility to have all the keys to the house.
