A charming wooden house for family or a group of friends, located just 45 kilometers from Warsaw (very easy to get to). A quiet neighborhood makes it a true oasis of peace. You can breathe fresh air, take a long walk in the surrounding forests, or go for a bike ride. The interior decorated in a rustic style is exceptionally cozy. In the summer, you can relax on the deck or in the hammock, and in the winter, start a fire in the fireplace and play board games. Pets are welcome! ♥

The advantage is a very large balcony that allows you to relax. Large and comfortable bathroom. The building has an elevator, no communication barriers for a disabled person. A cozy wooden summer house in Nowe Załubice. Built in 2016, ideal for a family with children, 40 km from Warsaw, surrounded by trees and other recreational plots. Great for hiking and biking. Comfortable 42m2 with a partially covered terrace. In the garden: sandpit, swing and slide. A plot of approx. 800 m2, fenced on 3 sides. The unfenced side is adjacent to our year-round home.
