Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

I travelled here with my year old baby and definitely this place was worth and user friendly. Equipped kitchen is what I was happy about. I do need to mention the host Anay was responsive enough to handle queries. This place is calm and peaceful. The only drawback would be the mosquitoes, if you are looking to have a seat by the river side.

Had an amazing one week stay at Den 401. Place really feels like home with all the basic amenities and the host made sure that the place itself has got goods and miscellaneous items to cover over a night if the shops are shut down or on a late arrival to the place. Totally loved the presentation and both my brother and sister were very happy on the stay.. already missing the Den and Goa itself. Everything was great! This was my second visit to Captain Manik's place, and my experience remains just as wonderful as the first time. It’s a fantastic place to stay, offering stunning river and mountain views from the balcony. The interior of the flat is exactly as shown by the host on Airbnb - beautifully designed and well-maintained. The flat is fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen utensils, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area, and, most importantly, excellent broadband speed and a Smart TV with OTT access. A car or bike is necessary for commuting. Overall, a great place to stay!
