The house was lovely, clean, and in a very convenient area. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed!

Our stay was super nice! The hallmark of the apartments is the view from the respective terrace - you have to see. Especially at the sunset. The room is cute, clean and equipped with the most necessary. The bathroom is tiny and only usable for 1 person at the same time, which was not disruptive to us. Jurga has provided a number of tips for restaurants and things to do. The only annoying thing for which Jurga can't do anything is the rooster from the neighbor, who crows every 15 minutes. If you have a light sleep and like to sleep for a long time, that could be disruptive. We will be happy to come back.

The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and cozy, with everything you need. I recommend it.

Our group had such a lovely time exploring Chania with Maryellen’s beautiful basement/backyard unit as our home base! The view cannot be beat! We made it a point to always make it back to the space so we could relish in each sunset from the comfort of the back patio. =) Despite being perched high above the town, the location is convenient to Chania’s old town / harbor. We found ourselves walking to town each evening for dinner and drinks, then cabbing back up the hill for only 12€ or so. Convenient to both the city center and airport, yet quiet and secluded. The space met and/or exceeded our expectations in every way. Photos are true to form, but the feeling of the space inside and out can only be appreciated through experience. Greatly appreciated Maryellen’s warm midwestern hospitality, quick responses and eagerness to lend her local tips! We took her up on many! Chania was the entire group’s favorite stop, and Maryellen’s space played a big part in that! Would recommend!!

This place was beautiful, on quiet road but close to old town! Great response and assistance from Katerina! Loved this place! Great kitchen, comfy beds, laundry provided and a chilled bottle of local wine on arrival! I wouldn’t change a thing! When back in Chania would certainly stay again. 4nights not enough for us! Local hiking and rides through the mountains were fantastic!

Andreas was a friendly and responsive host who answered our questions promptly. The flat was well equipped and in an excellent location very close to the old town. We would definitely stay again when next back in Chania!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s and Judy’s. The place was spacious both inside and out. What really made this villa so exceptional was the outdoor area… patio,pool and lovely garden with the most gorgeous views over Souda bay. I recommend bringing binoculars to enjoy it to its fullest!

Great stay in a beautiful location with a nice walk along the coastline to the city. Conveniently close to a large grocery store. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, and the pellet fire added a cozy touch to the Christmas holidays. 5/5 stars

This is THE BEST place we stayed on our trip to Greece. The property manager, Eleanna, met us outside and she has amazing energy and made us feel very welcome and assured that we would have the best time in Chania. The apartment is so nice, it was hard for us to leave to go to another rental, knowing that it would not compare to this beautiful place. Beds were comfortable, balcony was amazing, fully opening windows were gorgeous! We were treated to fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and a nice array of snacks. Parking is a little sketchy - Had to drive through a very narrow alleyway to get to the apartment courtyard which was very spacious and had a gate for security. Chania is a magical town and we loved every second of being there and on Crete. If you are coming to Chania stay here, you will love it!

We had a really nice stay at Georgios place. Enjoying the seaside view while having breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The flat was clean and we found everything we needed. Would love to come back

We loved our stay here. Anna was a superb host. She provided recommendations for restaurants and nearby cafés to visit, and all were wonderful choices. She even left us some delicious desserts and snacks for our stay. The location is perfect, centrally located and a short walk (10-15 minutes) to Old Port Chania, shops, and a 30 minute walk to the archeological museum, which was perfect for us since we were are on foot. Anna was responsive, friendly and helpful. The unit is very modern, clean and comfortable. It was just perfect for us on our honeymoon 🥰. Highly recommended for couples wanting a central location in Chania!

Orestis is an amazing host with an amazing house in an amazing location! We loved every moment we were here! A 1-2 minute walk to a beautiful Sandy beach, great restaurants down the street, the house has everything you'll need and more! We will definitely come back

Michalis and her family (we had the pleasure of meeting her sister and nephew) are very welcoming and available. They were very responsive to all our requests (a great help in talking with the rental agency when our vehicle broke down!!). The accommodation carefully decorated by Michalis is very pleasant, perfectly clean and very well-equipped, with high quality elements. We also had some great tips for visiting Chania (walkable in 20-25 min, with children and 12 years old) and its surroundings. Accustomed to Airbnb listings, this is surely the best rental we've had! If we were to come back to Chania, we would take over this place without hesitation!

We were a party of five, my wife and I and 3 30 year olds, our two twins and a son-in-law. We all couldn't say enough good things about this home: the view has to be one of the best on the whole island, relaxing, extremely private and immediately felt right at home. Starting and ending each day with that view, I didn't need anything else, but there is as much to do as you want. For example, just 6 minutes down the hill, you have the great little town of Platka with a few delicious local restaurants, market and a nice sports bar if you want a cocktail...like me. Another 10 minutes down the hill you come to Alymrida, the small coastal city that has nearly a dozen varied restaurants right on the water. 40 minutes away is the charming city of Chania, the jewel of Crete. This home is centrally located, 20+ minutes from the highway to go anywhere you wish to go...but keep in mind your leaving this view behind. I hope you enjoy it half as much as we did.

A charming old house well restored, full of soul and charm and very pleasant to live in to discover La Canee and the west of Crete. With a real plus, Michalis's kindness and availability, always ready to do a favor, answer a question or advise. And among his very good advice, I remember the Sandbar, its very pleasant coffee facing the sea

Elina's place was a pure delight to stay in - so full of character, light, and offering nice view in all directions. Old city center is within a short walk. Parking directly outside the house can be tricky, but we were always able to find a parking spot on our street or nearby. Elina sent us good recommendations on local places to check out and answered my questions throughout our stay. Would love to stay again!

This apartment really was a highlight of our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay lovely - When we arrived there were fresh flowers, biscuits, Jams, butter, coffee, cheese, fruit and water! Made us feel right at home. Perfect location, quiet and very safe! Only 15/20 mins to walk to the old town, we love a walk - it’s right along the coast too! The area is away from the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet, you can hear the sea, which is so peaceful! Overall, amazing! Genuinely the best host we’ve had!

Our stay in Chania's sweet ground-floor apartment was outstanding. The place itself is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is extremely comfortable. This was our first trip with our baby, and we had absolutely everything we needed—changing mat, crib, a small chair with a table for the baby to play, baby bath, towels, rocking chair, books, toys...we were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities provided, including after-bite cream for babies! We were also delighted by the owners' hospitality. Upon arrival, we found fresh fruit, wine, beers, refreshments, and delicious local sweets waiting for us. They stayed in touch, often recommending beaches to visit and activities tailored to our preferences. The hosts showed genuine care, always helpful and kind. We would love to come back if we get the chance. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The apartment was new and well designed. Everything inside was perfect. The building also was brend new and it made the neighborhood look good. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from old town and a very enjoyable walk next to the sea. We deffinitively had a great time. I would stay here everytime if i come to Crete again.

This was a good choice for us because we wanted a quieter area that was still close to the Harbor and had onsite parking, since we planned to drive a lot. This worked perfectly for us - a recently-renovated apartment in a residential part of town, away from most tourists, yet still only 2.5km from the Harbor. There is a grocery store and a bakery within 5 minutes walk, lots of other things within 10 minutes walk. Apartment is nice and clean, communication was easy. Washing machine was a nice plus. We would stay here again.

My wife and I had a magical time staying here at Geo’s listing. It had the most amazing views, it was serviced like a hotel, it was spotless and it felt so safe. It’s in a very good location exactly as described. We would come back here in a heartbeat.
