On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a large terrace. The center can be reached by public bus 3 km. Nearby there are numerous ski slopes, bike paths, hiking trails,hiking in the mountains. The house is comfortable to fully relax. I highly recommend.

The Wanderer's House under the Linden Tree is one of the first brick houses in Lipnica. Bright, spacious and cozy – with large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and tiled stove. The windows overlook meadows and hills. With fast Wi-Fi, it's the perfect place to work remotely. The house is located in the Island Beskids – an excellent region for hiking and cycling. In summer, it is worth visiting Lake Rożnow, and in winter, take advantage of the ski slope in Laskowa.

Right next to it there is a yellow trail to Luboń Wielki, and a dozen or so kilometers away there are other hiking trails.
