Great place to stay. Communication with Lloyd was smooth and easy. The location is nice, the house is situated in a small village, ideal for the hot summer months. The house was as described - a little bit older, but cozy and clean. The kitchen was great! We enjoyed our stay.

We needed a nice staycation somewhere peaceful and this place delivered! It was so cute and tucked away. The pictures doesn’t do it any justice because the place was set up really nicely and felt very welcoming. There was even a small Easter basket left on the table for us. The jacuzzi is covered and made it comfortable for us to use. The host was super responsive and helpful as well. Thank you for helping me have a great weekend!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich, aber mordern eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir den automatischen Pelletofen, der morgens und abends für Behaglichkeit gesorgt hat. Auf eine Anfrage hat der Vermieter sofort und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Familie B.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht. Im Umkreis gibt es schöne Wandergebiete und im Airbnb gab es alles, was man brauchte. Ein Goldstück mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, inkl. nettem Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene und gemütliche Hütte in ruhiger Umgebung. Bublava ist ein ruhiger Ort, und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesreisen nach Karlsbad, Cheb oder Marienbad. Im März ist noch nicht soviel los, aber das lässt sich vor dem gemütlichen Kamin gut ertragen.

Our family of 11 adults and three kids got together to spend Christmas at Regina's place. We had a blast. The place is beautiful and the property very well kept. Regina was kind to let us use the main kitchen and dining room so we could have our meals together. The game room was a plus and we spent a lot of time there. Regina and her family helped us during our entire stay. We will definitely spend future vacations here.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern und eine schöne Schnee- und Skiwoche. Die Unterkunft war für uns genau richtig bzgl. Größe und Lage zur Piste (alles fußläufig). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief sehr unkompliziert und der Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine tolles Wochenende in Marcs Unterkunft. Die alte Fabrikantenvilla hat sehr viel Charme und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einer modernen Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, und einem sehr neuen Bad. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Marc war auch sehr nett und hat uns in der Unterkunft alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war tadellos.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

Was für ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Häuschen. Es liegt absolut ruhig am Waldrand. Morgens kann man Eichhörnchen beobachen und den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang geniessen. Die Einrichtung passt zu dem Häuschen, zudem war es liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Der Empfang durch Monikas Mutter -Cornelia- war sooooooo herzlich. Vielen Dank für die leckeren Weihnachtsplätzchen, selbstgemachte Marmelade sowie den getrocknete Pilzen. Highlight war, dass wir über Weihnachten Schnee hatten. Gerne kommen wir wieder, dann aber im Sommer, um ausgiebig zu Wandern und die schöne Natur zu geniessen.

We spent five nights in this delightful, beautifully renovated country farmhouse, and our first reaction upon entering was WOW this place looks much better than the photos! The fire has already been lit for us, very welcoming! It feels like stepping back in time, yet it offers all the modern amenities one needs for comfort (radiators, a dishwasher, a great shower, etc.) The house is spacious but cozy, stylish and clean. The garden is also amazing and it must be absolutely stunning when everything is green and blossoming. It’s a true oasis of calm: no light or noise pollution, peaceful. However, civilization is just down the road an 8min drive to Tesco. The house is so quiet you will sleep like a baby, the bed/duvets are very comfortable, and our son loved his own little fortress! We truly found a home away from home, relaxing by the fire and walking with our hunting dog in the forest. Tereza is an attentive host. Honestly, this house deserves to be featured in a Country House Magazine!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, bei Marianne in Fichtelberg über das Wochenende mit Hund und Kind zu übernachten, und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Appartement Nr. 4 gemietet und es war sehr gemütlich und auch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass Marianne sehr viel Wert auf Details legt, um ihren Gästen den bestmöglichen Komfort zu bieten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber gleichzeitig sehr gut an Wander- und Skimöglichkeiten angebunden. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Allein der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns sprachlos gemacht. Marianne selbst ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zu Aktivitäten in der Region. Auch ihr süßer Hund, Olaf, ist zum Dahinschmelzen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch bei Marianne!

Die großzügige Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet und bietet tollen Raum für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Der "Garten der Sinne" ist mit vielen Vogelstimmen verschiedenster Vogelarten erfüllt, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Dieses Fleckchen Erde war wirklich toll. Ruck zuck ist man am See - egal in welche Richtung man läuft. Außenanlage super gepflegt - der whirlpool war unser Highlight. Innen könnte das ein oder andere langsam überholt oder vervollständigt werden - aber das ist "meckern" auf ganz hohem Niveau. Wir waren gern zu Gast und sehr happy.

Wir haben als Freundesgruppe zu acht inklusive 2 Kleinkindern 3 wundervolle Tage bei Romy und ihrem Mann verbracht und sind begeistert gewesen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz - auch für Rückzug falls es einemal zu bunt wird. Unser Highlight war der schöne Garten mit riesigem Trampolin! Die Wohnung ist unfassbar gut ausgestattet uns so findet sich alles (und noch viel mehr) was man für eine gute Zeit braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)
