Located in the central area 2km from Sapporo Station, it is a large one-family built homestay with 3 floors, 280 square meters, a total of 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 14 people, suitable for families and groups. The first floor is a garage and storage room, the second floor is a 40 square meters living room with a 60-inch TV, 20 square meters kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom and one bedroom, and 5 bedrooms and one toilet on the third floor. The ground floor bedroom has a crib, families with children are welcome Convenient stores within 30 meters, big supermarkets within 200 meters, life is convenient. It should be noted that the first floor of the B&B is a parking lot that can park 2 regular 5-seater cars. Because the entrance is low, big cars like Alfa cannot enter. Guests driving big cars are advised to use the nearby paid parking lot, which costs up to 600 yen for 24 hours. For your safety and privacy, we only accept one group of guests per day. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. Rest assured, we do not operate without permission. (The accommodations have been inspected by the health center and fire department. It is the second floor of a 3-story building built on a steel structure. It rarely freezes in the winter. Sundays may be blocked, so please ask if you can stay. Please let me know if you'd like to stay for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. The location is not so good, so please refrain from booking if you are particular about location.

We are located a 10-15 minute walk from Sapporo Station on foot. If you take a taxi, it costs less than 1,000 yen. It takes a 3-minute walk to a shopping mall called Sapporo Farm. Odori Park is a 10-15 min walk. It is a little far from downtown, but it is in a very calm atmosphere. The room has a living room and a bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet, a bath, and a dressing area. The room size is about 30 m ² in size. All are for guests only and are not shared with other people. Bedroom has 2 single beds (100). There is a double sofa bed (140) in the room. It will be narrow, but it can accommodate up to 4 guests. LOWSON is just a 1-minute walk away

My apartment is 3 mins walk from SHIROISHI SUBWAY station exit 7. 4 stops from ODORI subway station (about 7 mins). This room has 3 bedrooms. 2 double beds for 4 persons, 2 futons (Japanese style mat) for 2 persons. The maximum capacity is 6 persons, but I think that 3-5 persons are suitable and comfortable. We have a work room. We welcome digital nomad workers.　There is a Supermarket (open 24 hours), some restaurants, a big local park nearby. Please come to my room with your family or friends!

As a base, you can make day trips to Niseko, Otaru, Lake Shikotsu, Furano, Asahikawa, and Upopoy. Susukino is just a short walk away, and you can fully enjoy the food.

I stayed for three weeks, but I didn't find it inconvenient because it was fully furnished.There are supermarkets and restaurants about 15 minutes away on foot, so it's no problem to buy or eat anything you need.

The exterior of the building features a modern white facade with decorative trim and large windows, allowing ample natural light. A well-maintained garden is visible, with neatly trimmed hedges and a gravel path leading to the entrance. A van is parked in the driveway.

We had a great stay at Kumiko’s place. He was a good host & very responsive. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, strong wifi signal & well-equipped. Location was great, quiet & few steps away from bus the station. There’s a convenient store nearby. Highly recommended👍👍
