Watch the sunrise from the balcony of this stylish, comfortable, and beautifully appointed fifth floor apartment. Cook dinner in the full kitchen, and have dinner outside while admiring the views of the peaceful, communal park and central London. The flat is on the 5th floor with far reaching views across London, although in the summer when the leaves are on the trees this is somewhat obscured! The open plan living area has a sofa and dining table to seat 4 people. There is free wifi and a smart TV with access to BBC iPlayer etc and DVD player. There is also a bluetooth speaker which can be used in any room. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. There is an electric hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The spacious bedroom has a luxury Hypnos king size bed and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. There is a hairdryer available for use. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and toilet. White fluffy cotton towels and Egyptian cotton bed linen will be provided for your stay. As well as the balcony and the park, there is a communal garden which you are free to use in the centre of the building. The surrounding area has limited free on-street parking (mostly time restricted during the day) and there is also a Zipcar available for use by the building. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment as well as use of the communal gardens and secure bike store. I will be available by phone/email if you need anything during your stay. From South Acton (2 min walk away), or Acton Town (12 min walk) there is easy access to central London and Heathrow. Lovely Chiswick is close by, with shopping, bars, restaurants and plenty of fun places to explore. Alternatively, enjoy green spaces like Gunnersbury Park or Chiswick House. Chiswick Business Park is a 14 minute walk away. There is a good sized grocery store (Sainsburys Local) 2 mins around the corner which stocks all the essentials you will need for your stay. South Acton station is a 3 minute walk away which is on the Overground Line and provides quick access to Kew and Richmond which are by the Thames and are well worth a visit with great shopping, bars/restaurants and walks. Acton Town (Piccadilly and District lines) and Chiswick Park (District line) stations are both about a 12 minute walk away and provide quick access into central London and also to Heathrow Airport terminals (approx 20 mins from Acton Town). You can walk in 15 mins or get the bus to the very popular and fashionable Chiswick High Road which has a great selection of restaurants including 2 Michelin starred restaurants, bars and plenty of shops. There are market stalls at the weekend where you can buy quality fruit, vegetables and flowers. Acton is also 10 mins away with independent shops and salons on Churchfield Road. Chiswick Business Park is easily reached on foot (15 mins) or taking the Overground 1 stop to Gunnersbury station. The surrounding area has some free on-street parking and there is also a Zipcar available for use by the building.

Chiswick High Road with its shops and restaurants and tune are ten minutes walk away.
