Tamamen Kişinevi gezdiğinizde anlıyorsunuz ki ev gerçekten iyi bir konumda . Her önemli yere 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde . Eğer akşam tiyatro , opera gibi etkinliğe katılmak isterseniz her şeye çok yakınsınız . Evi çok çok temizdi. Eşim ağır bir toz allerjisi ve hiç sorun yaşamadık . Evin manzarası çok güzeldi . Çok yakınlarında bir çok market vardı. Ev sahibi aşırı ilgili . Önerdiği cafeye her akşam gittik ve çok beğendik. Ulaşım konusunda çok yardımcı oldu . En ufak sorunumuzda hemen çözmeye çalıştı . Bizim ilk gün aç ve susuz olacağımızı düşünüp meyve ve su eklemiş dolaba . Komşularda valizlerimizi çıkartırken kapıyı tutup selam verdiler . Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik . Çarşaflar yıkanmış tertemizdi . Yorgan ve battaniyelerde öyle . Biz harika bir hafta geçirdik . Kendi evimiz gibi hissettik herşey için teşekkürler .

I was entirely happy with the apartment throughout my long stay. Quiet, good wifi and water pressure. Plenty of hot water. A good kitchen. Sofa beds are not known for sumptuous sleeps, but the one I used was perfectly fine. Furnishing somewhat spartan, but all comfortable enough. Great host. Andries is One of the Good Guys. Will try to book this apartment again on my next visit to Chisinau.

We had an amazing stay at Denis’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a great visit. The location was good with easy access to public transportation. Denis was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Altogether we had a great stay. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. It is located near city center, so monuments and restaurants are accessible on foot. We especially liked the underground garage, so we knew at all times that the car is located at a secure spot. Would definitely recommend your stay here, if you plan to visit Chișinău.

Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare, blocul e superb. Foarte curat, ingrijit si sigur. Locurile de parcare sunt suficiente. Este a 4a oara cand ma cazez la ei, restul rezervarilor au fost facute de sotul meu. Am stat in 4 camere diferite de-a lungul timpului si in toate am gasit curatenie impecabila, asternuturi de calitate, prosoape curate, fier de calcat, uscator de par si multe altele. Paturile sunt comode si mari, camerele foarte spatioase. In plus, pizzeria de la parter are mancare foarte buna. Am calatorit singura de data aceasta si m-am simtit in deplina siguranta in acest loc. O sa revin de fiecare data cand ajung in Chisinau.

lovely flat. building looks a bit daunting but there is a working lift and once you are in the flat is perfect with amazing views. Just as described. Sylvia was also very responsive and answered any queries very quickly. easy to find parking around the flats.

Андрей для меня это находка! Супер отзывчивый ,встретил нас в 6 утра,что очень важно и заселились. Квартира очень уютная,хороший район, все как описано,я была приятно удивлена!!! Я обязательно туда вернусь когда прийдет время!!! Очень рекомендую, если надо на Ботанике в 5 мин от Терамеда!!! Супермаркеты ,кафе,аптеки даже есть рядом спорт зал и бассейн!!! Спасибо большое 🙏

Нам с мужем понравилась квартира , мы заселялись на 6 дней . Квартира соответствует фото ,чистая,уютная ,есть все необходимое ,находится в закрытом охраняемом ЖК в тихом районе. Рядом есть магазины,кафе,базар ,до центральных улиц идти пешком 15 минут. Когда мы заселялись ,была проблема с горячей водой ,ее просто не было ,как оказалась газовый котел был отключен ,мы связались с хозяином ,он помог решить проблему и всегда был на связи. Если вы на авто ,вам не подойдет эта квартира ,так как закрепленного парко места нет (о чем хозяин предупредил ) , на заднем дворе есть парковка ,но там установлен шлагбаум и вы не сможете туда заехать,даже если проживаете в ЖК.

Все прошло отлично, все соответствовало описанию и фотографиям, квартира довольно большая, все есть на кухне, очень тихий двор, пятом есть маленький магазин в котором есть все первой необходимости для приготовления еды. Все понравилось, рекомендую! За данный прайс сложно найти хорошее жилье!

Чудесное расположение, рядом кафе, гипермаркет, зоомагазин. Широкая красивая улица, уютный и тихий двор. Квартира большая, чистая и светлая. Красивый вид из окна. Есть кондиционер, горячая вода - всё супер. Очень довольны пребыванием тут, особенно приятно , что можно с животными, были со своей собакой. Рядом есть где погулять. Недалеко большие парки и молл. Приветливые и уважительные администраторы. Рекомендую!

Хозяевам большое спасибо , очень приветливые люди , быстро отвечали на все наши вопросы. Сама квартира в отличном состоянии, полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Стабильный и быстрый wi fi . Тихие соседи . Если ещё раз приедем в Кишинев, остановимся снова здесь , нам очень понравилось.
