Wonderful apartment. Everything is thought through with every detail. The views from the window are good. The apartment is bright and cozy. The bathroom is just wonderful, and also with a speaker🤘 All appliances are in working order. Fresh and quiet residential complex with private territory. I definitely recommend it. We will consider this for ourselves the next time we arrive. Option first👌

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Kitchen is full of cutlery and plates, plenty of blankets and other stuff. Huge park with a lake really close to the apartment and couple of restaurants. Owner is friendly and answers really fast. Nice place to stay for a long time!

Thanks for a comfortable and seamless stay ! The apartment is nice, clean , spacious , has everything you need. I would add more supplies like paper towels to the kitchen, more garbage bags and toilet paper , otherwise everything is great . Who needs a large apartment for 4-6 beds , the option is wonderful .

Nice place and near of center

Andrei is a godsend for me! Super responsive ,met us at 6am, whichis very important and checked in. The apartment is very cozy,nice neighborhood, everything as described,I was pleasantly surprised!!! I will definitely go back there when the time comes!!! I highly recommend if you need on Botany in 5 minutes from Teramed!!! Supermarkets ,cafes,pharmacies even have a gym and swimming pool nearby!!! Thankss sm 🙏

Convenient location of the apartment. Everything you need for your stay is present. There is a possibility to park the car next to the house. There is an opportunity to drive to the apartment for convenience to immerse/unload things.

Stayed with Sergei with the whole family for a couple of nights. The location was very suitable for us,due to the planned business in Chisinau. Host Sergei is an amazingly positive, responsive, punctual person. We had a sick child on our way, and he was very helpful in providing a thermometer so that we could assess the situation. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, there is nothing superfluous, the windows overlook a quiet corner of the courtyard, slept very well, even with fully open windows. There is all necessary accessories that are in the kitchen, in the bathroom. But most importantly for me personally, this is communication and hospitality from the bottom of my heart - here you will find it! Sergey, thank you!

This was our third stay at one of Eugenia’s places, and it did not disappoint. All of his places are very clean and have all needed amenities. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking in Riscani is great. Taxis are easily available to go anywhere else. Highly recommended. We will stay at Eugenia’s place again.
