We love love loved our stay here! By far the most beautiful space we stayed in on our two week trip to Italy and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The hosts were so responsive, helpful and understanding when we had delays and were always quick to answer any questions we had about the apartment. The building was beautiful, and peacefully tucked away on Giudecca, which was nice to get a break from the crowds at the end of long travel and sightseeing days. There are some really great restaurants on the island itself, but also a quick vaporetto ride to the more touristy areas. Highly recommend this beautiful place if you're looking to take your stay in Venice to the next level, we would love to come back!

Very nice place to stay. Host was super helpful and friendly, very easy to communicate. Check-in and check-out time was flexible. Host provided lots of good information about places to visit. Accommodation was clean and it felt like a home. Would recommend it 100%.

Marco and Kety were great hosts. They had plenty of recommendations for us and helped out when needed. The place was spotless and in a good location. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

So pleased we discovered this little gem in Venice. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sara even provided some drinks and snacks for our arrival. The windows on to the canal were a fantastic spot to people watch and watch the boats go by. Sara was a wonderful host - always quick to come back to us, very friendly and had lots of local advice and recommendations. The apartment is in a great location - walkable to the main sites, close to the vaparetto stop and with lots of lovely (& good value) bars and restaurants nearby. We absolutely loved our 3 night stay and can’t recommend this Sara’s place highly enough.

The unit was extremely clean and accurately described. The host was very communicative, provided recommendations, and was so friendly and helpful upon arrival. Highly recommend this unit and host for a stay in Venice!

Our time at Mirco and François’ apartment was nothing short of magical. The space is cozy, beautifully maintained, and full of charm — a true hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Venice. Yes, there are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment, but we welcomed the chance to earn our pasta 😄. And once you’re up there, it’s absolutely worth it. The terrace was a highlight — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or an evening wind-down with a glass of wine. The location couldn’t be better: close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like your own private retreat. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Mirco and François were incredibly responsive and kind — wonderful hosts who truly care about your experience. If you’re thinking about visiting Venice, don’t hesitate — book this place. It added so much magic to our trip and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It was a nice apartment, with all possible amenities. Maybe a bit smaller than could be expected by the photos, but the patio was fantastic on sunny days. The coded lock was a great feature - no need to worry about keys. The neighborhood is one of the best for staying in Venice if one comes to the Biennale.

Incredible beautiful place, at the right location, and the most amazing hosts. Location: it is located more in a quieter and I’m assuming residential places in Venice - which is super good as the tourists hotspots are way too loud. The location is easily accessible from anywhere to anywhere. Has a lot of eateries around too. The house itself is straight out of a dream. Super pretty and well maintained and was sufficient for the 3 of us. Hosts: the hosts were always super responsive! Very clear in their communications and always super understanding. Thanks Christina for checking us in even though it was super late. Monica responded super late night in an instant when I had an issue - and resolved in quickly! Cleanliness - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Not sure if I missed on anything, but overall it was a great experience to live here while we were in Venice. Thanks Monica, Cristina and team!

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

This was a really great place to stay for my family and I. There was so much space and everything was clean and tidy. Having a secure parking space is a bonus!! Alessandro was very friendly and responsive and made sure the place was stocked up with plenty of amenities. We loved our stay and would recommend to all. Thank you for having us.

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

El Depto de Paolo es muy acogedor, silencioso, con todas las comodidades y muy bien ubicado . Paolo y Cristina, atentos anfitriones, muy preocupados en todos los detalles para hacer una grata estadía en Venecia . Hemos estado 3 veces en Venecia, este ha sido el mejor dpto que hemos arrendado. Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

Ho soggiornato una notte a Padova con un’amica in occasione di un concerto all’Arena Spettacoli, e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene. La camera era pulita, accogliente e perfettamente in ordine. Gli host sono stati super disponibili e gentili, rispondevano sempre subito ai messaggi, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è ottima: vicinissima a tutti i luoghi che volevamo visitare, e ci siamo mosse quasi sempre a piedi. Anche i mezzi pubblici sono stati facili da usare. In generale, esperienza super positiva. Consigliatissimo!
