Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Chincoteague

Hosts were highly communicative and we appreciated the amount of information they provided about the condo, the Sea Colony community, and the surrounding areas. We had a quiet stay the first week of June. We loved the screened porch and loft and had plenty of space for our family of four. Sea Colony’s amenities were great for traveling with kids, especially the pools and splash pad, tram, and easy free parking at the beach. The entire community/resort is well maintained.

Here's what my mom had to say: This place is awesome. Although weather didn't cooperate for sitting on the balcony for long, the sunrises were phenomenal. Everything we needed was there and it provided a great "family" time. Definitely an "A plus" in every way! As far as me, everything was amazing. The view, the decor, the communication, the location. Probably one of the best Airbnb stays ever. Beds are super comfortable and each room has access to the view and the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and super easy access to amenities including movie theater, playground, basketball court and pool. Can't say anything bad about this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Jack. I appreciate all the communication and proactive information.

We loved our stay here! Adorable condo that was extremely clean! Ideally located away from the boardwalk but lose to shopping and more upscale restaurants, including Liquid Assets, which is right across the street. The host was very responsive and accommodating! I highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. I was so impressed with Kara’s condo. It was everything I hoped it would be. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful— modern, spacious, and containing anything you need for cooking or entertaining. The view of the ocean from the 19th floor is both spectacular and calming, whether on the spacious balcony or looking down through the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows. The building is great. Everyone was friendly and this is a very nice part of Ocean City. Lastly, Kara was terrific. Kind and a great communicator. Plus check in was smooth. If you’re considering a two bedroom, two bathroom condo in this area, I highly recommend this listing!

The place was beautiful and had a million dollar view! Wish our stay was longer. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second year we stayed at this beautiful condo! Views of both ocean and the bay are spectacular!! Condo was clean and easy to access. Love the pool and beach! Close to great restaurants!! Margaret is a fantastic host!! Highly recommend this condo! We will definitely be back next year ❤️

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Location and sea watch amenities were great for our kids and the quick walk down to the beach was so convenient for a family with varying schedules. The condo is on the side of the building and provides a view of both the ocean and bay. Parking was $65 for the Memorial Day weekend and the provided luggage carts came in handy!

The view and easy access to the beach make this perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet in the offseason and close to tons of great local restaurants.

Our stay at the beach was great. The unit was very nice and Rodrigo was very kind and responsive to all of my questions. The view from the unit to both bodies of water was great. The amenities on the property are a nice bonus. The building and grounds were nicely kept. Alll in all, we had a wonderful visit, in spite of the rain.

Lisa’s condo was clean and spacious. Large balcony with views of the ocean and street. Beds were comfortable. The location was so close to the boardwalk, restaurants etc. Lisa was very responsive and helpful with instructions. Bonus is that the condo is inside a hotel which has added security and all the hotel amenities.

Our family had an amazing experience at this wonderful oceanfront condo. The unit was beautifully updated, clean, and spacious, with stunning ocean views from both the family room and the primary bedroom—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really made the trip exceptional was the host’s outstanding communication. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We felt well taken care of every step of the way. The amenities were fantastic—our kids loved the pools, playground, and movie theatre. We had a few cooler days so the indoor pool was a game-changer! The location of the Condo was perfect for us, close to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but far enough away that it never felt too crowded. Close to lots of great places to eat, play mini golf, or explore surrounding areas like the Delaware Beaches or Assateague Island. This condo truly has everything you need for a relaxing, fun, and worry-free vacation.

Great house and the community was very well maintained. My kids loved the amenities that came with the community, including the pool and the small, but kid friendly beach. Overall, this was the nicest Airbnb house we have stayed in. We’d love to come back.

Perfect little spot if you're looking to stay outside of the hassle and bussle of OC and in the quaint village of OP. The house was IMMACULATE! Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Deck at the rear of the house was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The house is close to food markets and a variety of restaurants. Beaches are close by. Kayla returned all texts very quickly. On line pictures are accurate. You will not be disappointed with this property!

This was one of the best rentals our family has ever stayed in—beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the hot tub, massage chair, and ALL the games (e.g. arcade, air hockey, skeeball, foosball, basketball) that kept everyone entertained. We got great use of the pool and gym at the clubhouse, which also conveniently offered a shuttle to the beach. The beach gear made our days on the sand easy and fun, and the kayaks were a fantastic bonus. Host communication was excellent- extensive instructions and information including local recommendations. Amy was very responsive. Great house with lots of space. Very well equipped. Appreciate the low cleaning fee and flexibility Amy offered with respect to having beds made ahead of arrival for small extra fee. Amazing service!!
