The apartment was amazing. The place is what we expected and what they show on the photos listed. Most importantly is how they serve us with recommendations and really good communication. Even when we forgot something at their place our items were delivered to us on time and without losing anything! Great host. Ofc will come back!

The stay was just perfect. The apartment was spotless, just like in the photos (or even better!). Very conveniently located, in a quiet area but with easy access to everything. The decor was modern and cozy, and no detail was missing: from coffee and tea available to extra towels and very comfortable beds. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to any questions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It's clear that he cares about providing an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again. Fully recommended for those looking for comfort, cleanliness and great attention to detail.

The check-in process was seamless, and Ernesto, who welcomed us, was also wonderful. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location to explore the area. Everything was exactly as described, and Raul went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Best Airbnb I’ve used in Manizales! Well decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The apartment was clean and importantly had a consistent supply of hot water (not common in Colombia). They really thought about the amenities travelers need - they had everything I needed and more! There’s a wonderful balcony that shows off some beautiful views of Manizales. The location is great - walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and mall.
