This was our second time staying in this apartment, and once again it exceeded all expectations. The space is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need – from a comfortable bed to reliable Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location is ideal – close to shops, restaurants. What truly makes this place stand out is the host’s incredible hospitality. Communication was fast, clear, and warm, making us feel genuinely welcome. Without a doubt, when we return to Tashkent for the third time, this will be our home again. очень тепло встретили, все рассказали, легко уехать и зайти, интернет 50 mbps, редко пользовался, мб роутер или провадер не тянули больше в это время, в подьезде видел обьявление провадера 100 mbps, уютная квартира. Немного старовата кроватка, но в целом все хорошо, красиво все вокруг зеленое. Вкусная еда рядом, фрукты, овощи. Все принадлежности, утюг, вода, ванные принадлежности. Я бы наверное повесил шторки для ванной, чтобы сильно не расплескивать принимая душ, возможно уже на текущий момент уже есть. Но это уже личные мои особенности. Хозяйка очень бережная, отзывчивая, готовая помочь с любым вопросом и удобствами, рассказала где и что можно купить посмотреть по близости. Любые средства связи с ней телеграм итд

Расположение отличное , рядом с любимым парком Magic City , пешком идти минут 10 , метро около дома , до супермаркета Korzinka 670 м, квартира светлая , просторная , лифт старый , но работает исправно , хозяин очень отзывчивый и внимательный , обязательно приедем еще

We were satisfyed with our stay at Oybeks apartment. As our family uses the kitchen, we were happy to find sugar, salt, pepper and sunflower oil so we didn't need to buy this. The apartment was clean and matches the photos. It is located in abot 45 minutes walk from the center, we used a taxi (15 minutes). Oybek was always in touch via messaging, offering any help. I can recommend this apartment for a stay with 5*

Отличные апартаменты. Внутри чисто, имеется все, что нужно. Хорошее расположение

L'appartamento non è facilissimo da trovare, ma l'host è stato molto preciso e reattivo nelle comunicazioni e ha risolto questo problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato, ci sono un numero sufficiente di stoviglie per 1-2 persone. Il divano-letto è comodo. Ottimo per soggiorni di media durata, la posizione è perfetta e tranquilla, in un parco vicino al fiume e alla metropolitana.

The apartment is in a very beautiful, family friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The communication with the host was very good. Some things in the apartment were damaged (e.g. socket, bathroom door, TV) but overall we had a very nice and pleasant stay and would definitely come again!
