This was our second time staying in this apartment, and once again it exceeded all expectations. The space is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need – from a comfortable bed to reliable Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location is ideal – close to shops, restaurants. What truly makes this place stand out is the host’s incredible hospitality. Communication was fast, clear, and warm, making us feel genuinely welcome. Without a doubt, when we return to Tashkent for the third time, this will be our home again. very warmly welcomed, told everything, easy to leave and come in, Internet 50 mbps, rarely used, the router or Provader was not pulled anymore at this time, in the entrance I saw the announcement of the Provader 100 mbps, a cozy apartment. Slightly old crib, but in general everything is fine, everything around is green. Delicious food nearby, fruits, vegetables. All amenities, iron, water, bathroom amenities. I would probably hang curtains for the bathroom, so as not to spill too much while taking a shower, maybe there is already already at the moment. But these are my personal features. The hostess is very careful, responsive, ready to help with any question and amenities, told where and what you can buy in the vicinity. Any means of communication with her telegram, etc.

It was lovely to stay here again, everything was prepared well And host and manager sador was so nice and reply me fast I would recommend if you guys finding comfortable stay in tashkent!

We were satisfyed with our stay at Oybeks apartment. As our family uses the kitchen, we were happy to find sugar, salt, pepper and sunflower oil so we didn't need to buy this. The apartment was clean and matches the photos. It is located in abot 45 minutes walk from the center, we used a taxi (15 minutes). Oybek was always in touch via messaging, offering any help. I can recommend this apartment for a stay with 5*

Great apartment. It's clean inside, has everything you need. Good location

The apartment is not easy to find, but the host was very precise and responsive in communications and resolved this issue. Everything is very clean and tidy, there is a sufficient number of dishes for 1-2 people. The sofa bed is comfortable. Great for medium-term stays, the location is perfect and quiet, in a park near the river and the subway.

The apartment is in a very beautiful, family friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The communication with the host was very good. Some things in the apartment were damaged (e.g. socket, bathroom door, TV) but overall we had a very nice and pleasant stay and would definitely come again!
