It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!

The apartment is great, very clean and exactly like the pictures. The pool was very clean too. There are local shops nearby in walkable distance and it’s close to restaurants via a few minutes taxi ride. Would highly recommend this listing to others, great stay

Jacqueline thought of absolutely everything when outfitting her apartment for guests. We stayed for one month and had everything we needed. The Silver Park building is nice and well managed and it was great having a pool. Jacqueline was a kind and very responsive host. We would definitely return!

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. Thank You Julian and Nelly once again for your kindness and hospitality Joe and Mayra

Mr. Alfonso and his wife are wonderful people, from the beginning they made us feel right at home. Very cordial, kind and attentive to any request or need, they made us feel very good, part of the family, cared for and looked after. We became very fond of them.
