Super comfortable and conveniently located accommodation a few meters from the Venezuelan border. I came and went on foot. The complex is private, super beautiful and quiet. Isis, the hostess, was super friendly at all times, ready to help if we needed anything. Inside the complex there are places to eat and a mini market. There is also a Bancolombia correspondent. There is a bus stop in front of the complex that takes you anywhere in Cucuta. The house is very well maintained, everything is in excellent condition and with little use, I would really stay here again when I return to Cucuta, ideal for families or people who have to do errands on the Venezuelan side, as I needed to. We all felt right at home, even our little dog Pug. Thank you Isis for being so kind and understanding during our stay at your home. Jacqueline thought of absolutely everything when outfitting her apartment for guests. We stayed for one month and had everything we needed. The Silver Park building is nice and well managed and it was great having a pool. Jacqueline was a kind and very responsive host. We would definitely return!

The apartment is spacious, super cool and equipped with everything you need. The condo is very beautiful and the view you have from the apartment is very relaxing. Sebastian was attentive the whole time and always gave us clear directions. I went with 2 pets and it has areas to take them for a walk. I would definitely come back.

The place is very comfortable, complete for a family stay. The building has children's playground and a good size pool. The only thing is that weekends there are clubs nearby with very loud music. However, it did not affect our experience. Grateful and very happy with my stay

The apartment is simple but fully meets the needs, it was very good, clean, tidy, the essential utensils were there, the co-hosts were at the door waiting for our arrival. Due to problems with our flight we arrived late and they still welcomed us. I also thank them very much, because we came with a baby and the supermarkets were already closed to buy things and Maria helped us with her market to get things for the baby and I covered what she had spent. This location was excellent and felt very safe. It had the local feel of the city, while at the same time very close to the commercial center of the city. The apartment was cute, clean and comfortable. The security present at the building was very helpful. Great experience overall.

Very friendly people, I felt bad and they took me to the doctor and waited for me until they saw me. I'm simply grateful to them. Comfortable home, excellent restaurants nearby, a square and a court for jogging and exercising less than 1 block away. and the best part was that it was 6 minutes from the airport.

It is an excellent and beautiful property to visit , I rent the entire property but you can rent by cabin if you want , the kitchen is well equipped in each of the cabanas , also the rooms are comfortable , the social area is ideal for sharing , it has bbq , its spacious green areas allow you to enjoy nature too , the pool is beautiful. The climate is really good , my family and I are very happy for the time shared , grateful with the people of the service , and with the manager since they are very attentive and they solved all our needs and met our expectations 🙏🏼 100% recommended
