The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

It is well located close to Annecy and the Rhône Valley and Geneva. It is spacious (about 100 m2) and tastefully decorated. It has a living room and pellet stove to warm up on cold winter days. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is 40 m2 in the attic. Terrace with outdoor seating.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.
