We were delighted with our stay! The apartment is very well located, providing easy access to the main points of the city. The space is cozy, clean and well equipped, perfect for relaxing after a full day. The host was extremely attentive, always available to help us with what we needed. We traveled with my husband and son to a BMX competition and took the opportunity to explore the city, which surprised us with its beauty and hospitality. I recommend it to everyone and, undoubtedly, we will return!

I recommend it! A place with everything you need for a good stay. The parking gives it a plus and everything is generally good. The host is very friendly, we didn't see each other but her messages were clear. All in all, it's a good and cozy place.

Flawless accommodation, organized, equipped with everything you need and with details concerned with the guest (cleaning supplies, heating, tea and coffee, table on the terrace). Very clean and comfortable. It makes the stay quiet and cozy.

The location was the best, 2 min from the walkways, cozy with wood stove, kitchenette but with all the necessary implements. Bathroom and half comfortable, has a good layout.

Very friendly, super flexible for both check-in and check-out. We had train tickets for 3:45 pm and he had no problem with us leaving later. The apartment is well-equipped and has all the amenities for a stay of days. The condominium is quiet and safe. There is transportation near the apartment. We received the apartment clean, with sheets, clean towels and dishes for cooking. For the first time I rented through this platform, it was a very good experience

Apartment located in the center of Chillán with parking, it met the description, it was clean and tidy. It was functional for our needs. The only thing was that it was a bit hot, but it didn't affect our stay too much, which was only one night. Recommended.

Everything excellent, the apartment is very comfortable, a divine environment to enjoy with boys. The heating covers the entire apartment which is a no lesser detail, there is hot water all the time, the building has a generator which is super important, on the last night there was no light in the area and we never stopped having the amenities that the apartment provides. We went in two vans and while she has a garage, Alejandra was super accessible in getting us another loan. Truly a successful trip to Chillan and Alejandra is a great host and always available to help with whatever is needed.

Jaime is extremely responsive and answered all questions super fast. The location is wonderful and met all expectations. Clean environment, with everything available and the host was super helpful in resolving everything. 5-star rating (because only 5 can, but it should be 10 stars) I'll be back whenever possible.

It was very nice to spend a few days in Cristian's apartment, together with the family. The place is very quiet, the activities are generally very close, and on Sundays and Wednesdays there are good promotions for activities with the family. Absolutely recommended, it is a place that we will return to in the future anyway, thank you very much Cristian

Great appartment, huge bedrooms, good heating and full equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the amazing Nevados de Chillan. Couldnt be better. We would def come back!!
