Chalet vacation rentals in Chilean Patagonia

This home was a perfect landing spot for our group of eight after 48 hrs of travel to Patagonia! We really appreciated its warmth after exploring during the blustery rainy days! We were able to walk everywhere- restaurants, tours, the downtown. Easy access to a fruit/veg shop and grocery. Check out the nearby cemetery and chocolate factory! Sonja was very helpful in response to our inquiries during our stay!

Excelente casa, preciosa, cómoda, ideal para desconexión de la ciudad y el caos. Es mágica y exquisita, súper bien equipada. Seguro volveré quedé enamorado, las fotos se quedan cortas para mostrar lo maravillosa y bella que en verdad es está casa.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento principalmente la ubicación y su estado impecable

La cabaña, cumplio mucho mas nuestras expectativas que las que mostraban las fotos , es muy comoda y con espacios amplios, bien ilumindada naturalmente por sus amplios ventanales y con una luz calida artificial que mantiene los ambientes iluminados en su justa medida, da para sentarse a disfrutar del silencio de la zona y descansar. La ubicación es otra ventaja, ya que la cabaña esta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, como para llegar en no mas de 5 minutos y tan lejos como para no escuchar el ruido de los autos y la gente. El desayuno, otro detalle pequeño pero importante, el desayuno es muy variado. Además de leche, te, cafe, cacao, panes, medialunas y untables (quesos, manteca, dulce de leche y mermeladas), te dejan cereales y yogur, lo que se dice un lujo!!!

Creo que es el alojamiento con la mejor vista del sector hacia el lago y Cerro Castillo. Lamentablemente el clima no nos acompañó durante el viaje para disfrutar de la vista despejada hacia Cerro Castillo (caprichos de la Patagonia), pero seguro volveré para disfrutar el lago y la vista. Julio estuvo siempre con disposición de ayudar y resolver las dudas. Recomendable.

The house was in a beautiful location on the river and near the ocean. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked for supplies needed for preparing a family meal. The neighborhood dogs that roamed around were adorable. We were disappointed that we could not locate the kayaks on site, but we were busy touring the area. Stargazing was impeccable.

Stepping into this Airbnb was like entering a dream. My only lament is that our stay was too brief; I’m already planning a month-long return. It was the perfect escape, allowing us to disconnect and immerse ourselves in tranquility. The hosts were pure warmth and hospitality, making my family and me feel like we were part of their home. Our adventures included a memorable boat excursion, serene walks through the forest, savoring the local delicacy of goat, and the sheer joy of horseback riding. The highlight? Catching a trout by myself!!!! Every moment was flawless, encapsulating the essence of Patagonia. This wasn’t just an Airbnb—it was the best one I’ve experienced, offering an authentic slice of Patagonia’s heart and soul.

Cristobal’s Chalet is an extraordinary paradise of nature and luxury. This remote island will greet you with awe and delight, while the chalet provides for your every need. If you want to step into nature and off the grid, surrounded in luxury while you sleep and dine, enveloped by nature while you hike and explore- this is one of the most beautiful spots in the world. It is an adventure to get there- Cristobal recommended amazing people every step of the way. We’re very grateful!

Excelente lugar, muy bien localizado cerca de todos los atractivos de Ancud. Rodrigo un excelente anfitrión, siempre preocupado de dar un buen servicio. La cabaña tiene todo lo necesario y la tinaja caliente es fantástica.
