Plus a 1.90 x 1.40cm sofa bed Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, linens, and towels. There are grocery stores and public transportation 300 meters away. The building has a Minimarket, SUM, Jacuzzi and Sauna.

In a place far from the city, where you will enjoy a natural environment with a direct view of Laguna Sofía. 20 minutes from the city, you can disconnect in a private space with an abundance of flora and fauna that you can enjoy during your stay. Water Shelter/Trayken/Lago Espolón/Futaleufú

This particular refuge simply and dramatically picks up the experience of staying on a cliff by the lake. Located about 15 meters above water level, completely on the edge. The window overlooking the lake is a water mural that constantly changes color and shape. The water refuge is a nest by the lake. We have Starlink Satellite Internet and all the equipment to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Access to the refuge is through navigation.

Tiny house with breakfast and ocean views

We are 6 km from downtown Punta Arenas, on the shores of the Strait of Magellan. It's a tiny house to enjoy alone or as a couple. Quiet and with the best view and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in southern Chile. Central heating, comfortable facilities, private parking, cable and WiFi if needed. Breakfast is included and is very tasty, although you will have to prepare it yourself.
