We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Nora was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed the kayak, a fun and perfect activity to tour the beautiful lake, which surprised us with its calm waters and spectacular landscapes. In addition, we can't help but mention its rustic pan amasado, which is simply delicious. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

The house is very cute and spacious. Everything for cooking. It's warm and close to the waterfront. Keep in mind the closing times at night for some last-minute shopping

I highly recommend this place, the area is beautiful and quiet, you literally only hear the sounds of birds and ducks. The private path to the beach is unique, full of nature. And you can get to the beagle shore right away and be on a beautiful beach. The view from the balconies is stunning. The apartment is spacious and each room has its own balcony. Martin was super attentive, he always responded to my concerns instantly. Although it is far from the center, we always took Uber, the prices are very cheap and it works perfectly.

A place that complies with what was published. Nice view, central location, an experience among stilt houses. If you go by car and want to park there, it's a bit complicated due to traffic at certain times. Everything else is fine.

Very cozy and picturesque Palafito, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, very well located, you can walk to the center. Beautiful view where you can see the rise and fall from the tide, you can hear the sound of the sea and the seagulls. Verónica is always very friendly, flexible with check-in and check-out, and gave us many recommendations for cafes and restaurants in the area. To repeat!

Charming house very close to downtown Punta Arenas. We felt right at home about how welcoming it is. The cleanliness is impeccable and has everything you need to feel as comfortable as possible. A simply spectacular place as an entrance to the Southern Highway. The house is cozy, well-equipped and with an unbeatable view. From the first moment we felt comfortable and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. Plus, the host's service was great. Beautiful stay!! It's just like the pictures, a really beautiful view! The amenities of the house are amazing and everything is very clean and tidy. I only have the observation and it is that the tub has a separate cost, since it is seen in the images of the stay. But everything was beautiful!!

The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a good layout of common spaces such as open kitchen entrance and living room that give plenty of room for a large group. It is very easy and close to get to Castro and Chonchi where you can eat very well. It's right in front of the sea a few meters from the shore. It is very interesting to see all the activity of the crops of choritos and picorocos in the bay. What is being missed is a good italine coffee maker and a smoke and CO2 alarm. But everything else is fine

Excellent location. Walking distance to the downtown and directly across from the Magellan Strait. A great place to make your home base for exploring the area. Beds were comfortable.

Very nice house, splendid environment, relaxing. Perfect welcome from Jessica, very kind and available. The only downside, in the morning it was a little cold without a radiator.

Highly recommended, ideal for two people. The apartment space could accommodate 3 people. Two in the room with separate beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

A cosy little cabin, recommended! 3 min walk from the bus station.

The stay was completely wonderful, a nice quiet apartment, TV with Netflix, the car can be safely parked behind the entrance gate, the landlady is the sweetest woman and very helpful, who even sent us her neighbors to give us information for the national park in the evening! :D

Ivan's place is great value. If you are travelling to Rio Grande it's well worth considering.
