A privileged location, close to downtown and the beach, so you don't need to take the car out and walk everywhere. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, great layout and everything is very clean. We loved the place. Gloria is very kind and helps you with any questions you may have. I would definitely stay there again, 10/10.

The apartment, as advertised, was spotless. The condo is safe and has many stores nearby and also supermarkets. The stay was comfortable and the host was very friendly. 

Beautiful Depto in the heart of Santiago. Easy to get to and get out everywhere. The consortium has Parquing and safety to leave the vehicle. The concierges are very attentive. Being tall is quiet and super bright with nice views

The description and photos of the apartment are very good, just as published, everything is very good, the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfort for 2 people (since we only use it to sleep at night and we do not use the kitchen because we always eat in restaurants), very quiet. Difficult to get to even with the GPS that always sends you to another address... due to lack of knowledge: very far from the center (I admit I didn't check with the owner before, so the mistake was mine). After everything was fine, the service was excellent at all times and on the few occasions that I needed it, from Juan, the owner, friendly and helpful...

Maria took very good care of us, recommended different places to travel. He is a very friendly person and was on the lookout for everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

Very friendly and attentive. He gave us very clear recommendations and directions. The clean and tidy apartment. While the space is private, they tend to hear noises from other apartments and from the street (I think it's something from all Lofts of this style). The host is very understanding and flexible. As for the apartment's equipment, just and necessary if you are passing through. Very good overall experience.

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

Best of the best.. Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable. We didn't know it had beach accessories (umbrella, paddle ball) and we came re well! Rosita all the time predisposed and helpful. Love! 10 out of 10 everything. THANK YOU!

Unforgettable experience in Punta Arenas thanks to Paola and Fernando I would like to give them more than 5 stars, but it looks like it's the maximum. Really, they've been exceptional hosts. Your hospitality, attention and sympathy have made my stay in Punta Arenas absolutely perfect. They have taken care of all the details, which allowed me to fully enjoy my time here. If I had the chance to return, I will definitely choose them again. Many thanks for making my stay an unforgettable experience!

Great place and easy communication!

The apartment was very well equipped to stay for several days, in addition to being a relatively new and very quiet condominium. It has a square, supermarket and gas pumps nearby. In addition, Francisca's service is very nice and she is attentive to any request.

Everything was great at Marcela's place, everything was just like the photos and much better since we were surprised to find a fairly large TV in the master bedroom and a smaller one in the second bedroom, which didn't appear in the photos published, so it was much appreciated. There are many places nearby to shop, the only thing I could suggest is that a few more utensils are needed in the kitchen, but everything was great, I would stay with Marcela again ☺️

The apartment is very nice and in a good location. Joel's directions were excellent and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Although we had a problem with the cleanliness of the apartment, Joel was willing to improve that aspect.

I stayed at Jazmin’s place for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has a nice balcony. It is in a great location in Vitacura, close to several grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Valle Nevado. Macarena was super responsive and helped us find a great driver (Cristian Soto—who I also highly recommend—for private affordable transport to and from Santiago and the airport to the apartment). She was also very flexible about check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The view is magnificent from every room. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (which requires booking and a fee but that also meant we had it to ourselves). Overall we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Macarena’s apartment for a winter ski adventure in Valle Nevado!
