Nadia è stata disponibilissima! Posizione ottima anche per visitare Bologna e Modena. Casa pulitissima e ordinata!

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Wow! Wir haben die Unterkunft eigentlich nur für einen Zwischenstopp unseres Roadtrips gebucht, waren aber total begeistert. Der Spa Bereich ist super entspannend und einladend. Die Suite war gemütlich, sauber und groß. Der Host sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade dass wir nur so kurz hier waren. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! :) Gäbe es mehrere Sterne, würde ich mehr als 5 geben :)

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. an excellent loft style apartment in the thick of Bologna, the location can't be beat! Very comfortable and reasonably well equipped. very quiet for sleeping and nice local street abuzz during the evening hours. I'd stay there again, for sure.
