Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

The central location is the perfect starting point for activities in and around Ruhpolding - even without a car. The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.
