Small suite with climate control/Great location

Enjoy with your family this modern and newly renovated accommodation in a residential area. It has a separate entrance, parking, a subdivision with 24-hour surveillance, central but very quiet, very accessible to public transport. There is hot water and we are very close to major avenues. We have an OXXO, laundry, gym, hairdresser, pizzeria, hospital, bank, and pharmacy just two blocks away, and the iconic Parque de la Marimba is just eight blocks away.
