House vacation rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

Maria's condo in Positano is exactly as described and pictured. Our group of 4 spent two nights and all said how much we would love to live there indefinitely. It's quite the hike down and back from the beach (but pretty much every Airbnb or hotel accommodation is). The only reason for 4 stars is that Maria was still cleaning the unit when we arrived at 3pm check in until 430-- for which she was incredibly apologetic. We were grateful the property is so well taken care of. Definitely don't forget to bring a swim cap down to the pool with you-- they won't let you get in the water without one! (Even if you have your hair up and don't plan to go under).

Monica’s place in Sorrento was a great location. Beautiful views from the piazza, great restaurants and shopping close by, beaches and marina were a short walk away. Monica’s partnership with the hotel was convenient for check-in. She handled our transportation reservation from the train station and to our next destination. If we were to come back to stay in Sorrento we would definitely have Monica’s place on the short list!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Wonderful! We had the entire place to ourselves, the views are amazing! Loved and would definitely stay there again.

Adriana and her husband Gianfranco went out of their way to make our stay the best ever, they are an amazing couple and their attention to detail is second to none! The pool and garden is totallyprivate and idyllic overlooking the beautiful mountain range including the iconic Mount Vesuvius. Our holiday was concluded with a trip along the Alamfi Coast, Sorrento and the beautiful Isle of Capri onboard Gianfranco's private luxury boat where we were treated like VIPs drinking ice cold Prosecco, beer and a beautiful lunch (this trip is a MUST for everyone staying at this Airbnb) Do not miss out on a lifetime trip! A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

This place was perfection! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of this incredible place. The pool and outdoor spaces plus the balcony with its incredible views were a huge hit! The family and their dog are so lovely and we couldn't say a single bad word about our stay here. Great location, big and spacious rooms, plenty of outdoor space and the pool was so good! If you are staying in or around Praiano then I wouldn't look anywhere else. It is even more stunning in real life. We can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a post card view of Positano and the coastline, this is the place to stay. The property was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked fine for us. Domenico was kind enough to help meet us and assist with our luggage. He even reserved a taxi for our Capri tour and recommend the La Strada restaurant. The food, service and close proximity were all great. One note to keep in mind is the number of steps to get to the property. It can be a bit of challenge for some. Otherwise, we had a memorable stay.

The apartment was very clean, with strong air conditioning that made it comfortable even on hot days. The location is excellent—right outside the door you’re in the middle of a lively, walkable area with restaurants, shops, and sights all close by. Just be aware there are quite a few stairs to climb, so if you’re bringing large or heavy bags, keep that in mind. Check-in was flexible with electronic keypads for entry. Overall, a great stay.

Chouette appartement, idéalement situé à proximité du centre historique. A deux pas du métro 🚇 Federico est un super hôte, proactif et prévenant. Il vous donnera plein de belles adresses pour découvrir Naples de la meilleure des manières 🙂 Certains pourraient trouver qu'ily a du bruit dans le quartier, mais dans le cœur d'une ville aussi animée que Naples, rien de plus logique 😀

Emanuela ist eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war in einer klasse Lage, mit Blick über Neapel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Apartment gefühlt, es war liebevoll eingerichtet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, wie von Emanuela beschrieben. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Goed verblijf! Vomero is een rustigere vuurt net buiten het centrum. Maar is goed te bereiken met de metro vlak bij. Andrea is altijd snel met antwoorden! Hij heeft de kamer ook vroeger klaargemaakt zodat we onze spullen al konden achterlaten. Top!

Enrico is more than a great host. Accommodated our needs for early check in, was very responsive and provided us with a full tour of the accommodation, along with restaurant suggestions and tips for the city. The room is as in the photographs,, extremely clean, spacious and very pleasant. All of the equipment are brand new and even the provided coffee was great. The only challenging aspect was the minor humidity of the place (due to it being in central Naples), however, the air condition made it completely manageable. Thanks Enrico 🙏

Antonietta's place was very clean and cozy. It had everything you would need for a trip to Naples. She communicated very clearly so check in/out was very easy. The location was very convenient and closely located to many things of interest but I will say - be careful at night! It can be a bit dangerous walking around alone. Overall this is a great value and was a great base for exploring the city. The best frittatina in the city are less than 100 meters away as well at Di Matteo!

Geräumiges, helles und ruhig gelegenes Studio mit kleinem Balkon. Sehr bequemes Bett, funktionale Küche, gute AC. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfreich mit Tipps für die Gegend. Das Studio liegt in einer untouristischen, ruhigeren Zone etwas oben am Berg, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend, ca 15 min Laufen zur U-Bahn (was für Napoli nicht weit ist).

Our host was wonderful and friendly. The apartment was very much worth the price we paid and we loved the local restaurants, we would stay again.

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Gennaros apartment is beautiful, by far the best place we have stayed at. The place was spotless and comfortable, it was also close to everything and in a very lively street. Gennaro as a host is wonderful, very friendly and thoughtful, he made us feel right at home, he left us some snacks and drinks and even a very thoughtful partying gift for our anniversary. More than being our host he treated us as friends. Do yourself a favor and book this place, you won’t regret it! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Superbe appartement plein de charme, moderne, spacieux, design et comfortable. L'immeuble est dans son jus, comme le veut le quartier et pas mal d'endroit à Naples. Mais le métro est au coin de la rue et tout est ainsi accessible. Grazie e ciao, Gaetano!

Sitio en el mismo centro de la ciudad, a 2 minutos de Spaccanapoli. Apartamento muy amplio y limpio, en una zona tranquila sin ruido. El personal muy atento y amable.

Todo excelente. Diego y Giorgio fueron muy amables y con rápida respuesta. El departamento está nuevo. Hermoso y… con cuadro de Diego Armando Maradona!!
