Emanuele is super friendly and always available. We enjoyed the holidays. The place is great. Shops are nearby and the center is lively. We'll go back.

Pleasant touches and details to make your stay enjoyable. Accommodation faithful to the description and communication with the host even beyond what is necessary (obviously appreciated), very available and proactive.

The town, although a bit disastrous from an urban point of view, is in a beautiful location. The apartment is spacious and complete with everything you need. The view of the sea is very beautiful. A terrace is available on the kitchen floor where you can safely dine and enjoy the sunset. Claudio and Francesca were not present but a relative welcomed us at check-in and check-out giving us all the information we needed for the stay.

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

The check-in instructions including video were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking lot, which is located behind the fence in the complex, is a big plus. The parking space was good for our Seat Leon. The center and supermarkets are also within walking distance, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the great view from the balcony! The washing machine with clothes rack and air conditioning make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and recommend it to the family as well!

I had an incredible stay! The location is unbeatable—perfect as a base to explore the area. The flat itself is so peaceful, and I loved relaxing on the lovely balcony after a day out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in a great spot!

Beautiful garden we could sit in forever! The house was also great, with ample private parking. Angelo was very kind and a great host. We would gladly come again!

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

We were in Sardinia for a week. We enjoyed the place, the surroundings and the location of the apartment very much. Everything was as described. Giulia and Lorenzo gave us good tips for excursions and restaurant visits. We will be happy to come back to Sardinia, a week was far too short.

Great stay value for money, with everything you might need! spacious bedrooms. Diego answered our queries promptly. I recommend his place for your stay in the south of the island, in a quiet little town.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

It’s a cute little private house surrounded by greenery and a lot of outdoor space. It’s 10 min drive away from the airport and 20 min drive away from Cagliari. We had a great stay! Paolo is a great host!

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rags, detergent, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.
