Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cheverny

Walking distance to Cheverny chateaux and easy 15-20 minute drive to Blois, Chambord and other chateaux. A cute and peaceful town to stay in. Alain’s place was quiet and provided us (4 adults) with plenty of space and with all of the facilities we needed.

House matches the photos. Very nicely decorated, tidy, very clean, with all the necessary equipment available. The bedding is also very good quality, the bathrooms are impeccable and thank you for the small touches. I would recommend this accommodation without so much as a second thought and I would definitely go back.

Pleasant accommodation, quiet and nicely decorated, very spacious room for 4 people. There are several board games to keep the children busy. Good location: a few kilometers from Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, etc.

Very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The house is very clean, well laid out and equipped. Communication with Catherine is very easy and enjoyable. The small courtyard is very nice in sunny weather. The village has all the necessary shops, the bakery is a short walk from the house. Housing is close to several castles. It's a great place to stay for visiting the area.

Beautiful old farm with lots of peace and privacy. The house has everything you need for a nice vacation with a lovely garden. Many castles nearby to visit. Sandra and Menno are very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to our hosts!

A great stay at Véronique's. Ideally located for visiting the castles. The accommodation is impeccable, functional, a terrace to enjoy the evening. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. You can go there without a second thought.

Quiet location with a very nice private courtyard to park the car in particular. The city center is close and within walking distance. The added bonus: baby amenities.

The host was super responsive and welcomed us at a very convenient time. The accommodation included a shaded sitting out area (sun optional) which was great in the 30C plus temperatures. A short and pleasant walk to the compact centre of Blois. We had everything we needed for our stay. Recommended!

Thank you to Julien for this quality and very well located accommodation: close to the city center of Blois (25 min walk) but quiet and very well located for visiting the many castles of the Loire. It was cool, which was very nice in the evening after days of sightseeing in the heat! The hammock in the bedroom is a little extra to relax with a good book. Finally, Julien is very considerate and responsive so we highly recommend 👍

Bénédicte's accommodation is very clean, bright, carefully decorated and very quiet. It feels very nice, a bit like home. Bénédicte gives very clear information and is very responsive. His accommodation is in a great location for both the Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux. I would this property.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Very well-equipped apartment. Everything is sparkling clean. Within cycling distance of downtown with many restaurants. The bakery is within walking distance to get delicious baguettes in the morning and more. Supermarkets are also in close proximity. Bicycles could be safely stored in the basement room to the left of the apartment building and the car can be placed in the open parking space with a locked rack. Places to park.👌👍

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

Bertrand is a very nice, welcoming and accessible host. The studio is great for 2 people, the setting is beautiful. We will come again
