I’ve loved Tofino since I first stayed in a tiny cabin at the end of Cox Bay with my Mom, Dad, Sisters, Aunts, Uncle and Grandparents. I was left enchanted by the rainforest and the tide pools just steps from the cabin door. I purchased the lot in 2017 and designed and built the house myself with the help of my close friend Mike. The design of the house is meant to bring the beauty of the rainforest inside while the sprawling living space is for families to spend time and make memories together.

The Loon Room at Tides Inn is an authentic large inn style room with private entrance, deck over looking Duffin cove. The Cove has very limited access, it’s the perfect spot to escape the bustle of town. This traditional bedroom suite has a small dining table, sitting area, wet bar, and bathroom with a jetted tub and shower it does not have cooking facilities.
