Cozy Country Bed & Breakfast, Cold River Room

KrystianaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as we remembered it. We love staying in the Cold River Room, we were so excited it was available for this trip too. It is perfect for a couple having a cozy trip. We also love the homemade breakfast that Wendy makes. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast, but the hosts make it even more special. We are already talking about taking our 3rd trip to see them. Thank you, His and Hers!

Cozy Country Bed & Breakfast, White Birch Room

PeterRating, 5 stars42 months ago
My wife and I had to travel from Washington for a Memorial service for my Dad after he passed away. We had owned and run a B&B in Tacoma, Washington for almost 11 years and we love staying at B&Bs. We loved and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Dean & Wendy at His & Hers B&B. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. The hosts were kind, knowledgeable of the area and very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. Thank you Dean & Wendy.

A snowy landscape showcases the exterior of Rochambeau Lodge and a small adjacent building, both featuring rustic architecture. The surrounding area is open, with patches of grass visible through the snow, and distant hills create a backdrop against a clear blue sky.

Very spacious and well kept farm house. We had a group of three families with 7 kids and we had extra space. Within easy driving distance of Magic Mountain and Okemo. The views are amazing! Would definitely rebook in the future.

Cozy Country Bed & Breakfast - Sugar Maple Room

VictoriaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Wendy and Dean are so wonderful. Their bed and breakfast is beautiful and filled with thoughtful touches. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I had delicious breakfasts in the morning, even when my class (at Heartwood School nearby) necessitated an early start. They were so warm and welcoming (plus Maple, too!) and by the end of the week, they already felt like real friends. Besides all the great conversations, and delicious food, and wonderful coffee - the room itself (I was on the top floor) was so comfortable and cozy. It all felt like a classic New England postcard, especially when I looked out my balcony door one morning and saw snowflakes fluttering over their lovely estate. I'm excited to return!

Vermont Retreat Cottage |Exquisite Romantic Escape

ChristopherRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Where to start, such a beautiful location, amazing views from every angle. Kathleen you have created the perfect little cottage, it feels secluded yet close to everything. Very convenient location, everything seems like it's a 10 to 15 minute drive, activities, grocery or just somewhere to be at peace. One of my favorite things was the five minute drive to the local CO-OP, it was such a change up to feel so involved with the local foods and produce provided, here from the Massachusetts south shore its something that we do not get a chance to experiance. Me and my girlfriend came for our anniversary and I'm not sure it couldve been anything less than perfect. Every single thing about the location, the ammenities, the activites, even Kathleen could not have been more transparent, she was very responsive during the booking proccess and more when we were on location, she stressed that if we needed anything to let her know. This is without a doubt somewhere that we are going to stay again.

Teresa’s house is beautiful and in a very beautiful location. I wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities and spend time in the large and private backyard. I would definitely stay at this location again. Teresa was very nice and provided several restaurant recommendations when asked. 5 stars 🌟

New Hampshire Farm House with Swimming Pond

TimothyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a family vacation for my wife’s 30th birthday. It was such a blast, yet so peaceful. Ben and Erin the hosts were so friendly. They provided baby bumpers for a bed and blackout curtains. The house was stunning: absolutely serene location. Plenty of tables to move about the house. The screened porch on the back was the main hang out area for dinner and if it rained. Or we hung out in the enormous well-equipped kitchen. The dining room table had enough room to seat 8 comfortably. Our guest list ended up being 7 adults and 2 babies. In the future we would have brought some tents perhaps to sleep the extra folks that didn’t fit in the beds. The head count was on us for not factoring in the sleeping arrangements. The only con which felt out of the hosts control was the geese poop on the docks. The pond was absolutely lovely to be able to jump in and swim in your own private area. Our child picked her first blueberries, cherry tomatoes and apples. We would love to come back!

Sunnyside Farmhouse with lots of outdoor spaces

SeanRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a lovely stay at Sunnyside, the house made us feel at home and the location is beautiful. The treats and flowers at check in were a lovely touch. Our kids had lots of fun of the sled hill right next to the house. We skied for 4 days so it was lovely coming home to a cozy house each evening. We also ate at The Hungry Diner which is where you can taste the lovely food produced at Caitlin’s Valley Farm. We were so sorry we waited for the last night to eat there as it was so delicious. We would love to stay at Valley Farm again, it is a location you could enjoy any season of the year
