The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

This stylish, modern house is the perfect place to stay, if working at the nearby Peterhouse Technology Park (Arm), Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Addenbrookes hospital or simply visiting the historic City of Cambridge. Cherry Hinton Hall, High Street (for local amenities) and pub are all within walking distance. The historic city centre is just a short bus ride away with a wealth of sights, restaurants and bars. Go punting, see the University colleges or wander through the old streets.

The Annex, North Farm

The Annex is a peaceful and spacious flat located on a small farm in South Cambridgeshire. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with a large bedroom with a super king bed and twin bunk beds. There is open and luxurious living space with an electric fireplace, large tv and king sofa bed if needed. Beautiful kitchen with dinning table, equipped with an air fryer, induction hob, microwave, oven, mixer and blender. Children under 1 are free, after 12 months are charged extra person.

The studio is located 12 minutes walking distance from the main Cambridge train station. On a short 10 min walk is Mill Road where you can find grocery shops, a laundrette, a pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. The studio is fully furnished and it includes a variety of appliances necessary for both short and long-term stays. There is free street parking on weekends (from Friday 2PM till Monday 10AM) and free street parking 5 min walking from the studio during the week.

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
