It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

The Studio

The Studio is perfectly located in Cambridge city centre. Available for stays for one person. It is small but cosy! Comprises of one room with it's own toilet/shower. It has its own entrance for occupants to come and go as they please. TV/wifi are available along with a small fridge and kettle. The use of Hercules and Hera (bikes) are also available with a deposit. 30 minutes walk to the Biomedical Campus. 5 minutes walk to a bus for the Wellcome campus or city centre.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

I stayed here for two weeks and I highly recommend it! The place is very clean and well-equipped, featuring a small kitchen, washing machine, and a desk, which made my stay very convenient. The internet speed is excellent, allowing me to work without any issues. Due to personal reasons, I needed to extend my stay, and the host was very accommodating, which I really appreciated. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is great, with all necessary amenities nearby, and it's very quiet, perfect for relaxation and rest.

I had a very lovely stay in Colleen’s place. Her house is very centric, easy to walk to everywhere. The room is equipped with everything you might need and I must say the bed was very comfortable. Same goes for the bathroom and kitchen. They both were spotless, very clean. She also kindly kept my suitcase until my train time which I really appreciated it. Very recommended !

Daniel's place is great for a short visit in Cambridge. It had everything we needed and it was reasonably close to the city centre and other places we wanted to visit. We appreciate that there was a good guide about Cambridge highlights. The bed was very comfy and the shower was very good quality, so we were looking forward to coming back after a long day of walking. We could highly recommend it!
