The large private master bedroom has spacious ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Hiwassee Lake is connected to the TVA. During fall and winter months lake levels will lower.

This newly renovated lake front home in Hayesville sits on the north side of LakeChatuge, just off Hwy 64. Once inside, the lake views are amazing from living, dining, kitchen and each of the 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bath. Perfect for family reunions or a couples retreat. The outdoor space has something for everyone, firepit, a summer house loaded with lake toys and lounge chairs. The dock allows easy boat access and a boat ramp is within the subdivision.

Relax on the lake at Big Choga. Whether you're fireside with a book or kayaking on the lake, the cabin at Big Choga has all things to get right with nature. The house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a fabulous deep water tub and walk-in shower. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, two kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat, and a paddle board. The cabin is far enough to escape from the everyday norm but close enough to the Nantahala Gorge for white water rafting, fly fishing, and dining.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.

When you're done, chill in the rec room until dinner. Launch your boat at either of the 2 nearby boat ramps and tie up at the dock
