Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cher

We only stayed for one night but it's really great! Thomas is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. We came with our 3-year-old daughter and 4-month-old puppy, it was great! It made us want to go back there The house is beautiful with incredible decor. The garden is also very nice. There are a lot of games for the kids and also a beautiful and pretty cool Weimaraner! 😊 In short... go for it!!

Family stay with 2 children, everything was perfect and even better than in the photos. We felt at home, everything is there in terms of accessories and equipment, the comfort is exceptional, the sauna and hot tub are a great plus for this accommodation. The explanations and the welcome booklet are great. we did not hesitate to drive a few dozen km more for this accommodation having visited the Château de Chambord and the city of Amboise. We'll definitely go back to discover more of the region! 1000 thanks

We spent 3 nights in Philippe's home. The accommodation met all our expectations, the setting was particularly pleasant, and Philippe was very welcoming. Our two daughters didn't want to leave, and we'll be happy to come back if we come back to the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aurélien's house: it is cozy and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the living room is welcoming and conducive to chatting with friends, the terrace and the tree-lined and flowery garden are very pleasant, all in absolute calm. The icing on the cake: we were able to come with our dogs, who were welcome, outside and inside! In addition to this, our host was very considerate and available, we can only recommend this accommodation!

A true haven of peace. This stay was an enchantment. The place is full of charm, with authentic architecture and a soothing atmosphere. The delicate smell of roses climbing on the facade added a magical touch. It felt completely disconnected from the world. We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding is very good. I would highly recommend it!

Nice and clean accommodation, located close to downtown Bourges. Parking close to the accommodation. The host was responsive.

Staying in the beautiful medieval estate was fantastic. The apartment on the first floor is very large and extremely stylishly furnished. Passing the bedroom facing the garden, the Yèvre ripples and over the fantastic garden with pool, the view of the castle ruins of Charles VII. Isabelle and Eric are extremely polite, kind and discreet hosts and you absolutely have your privacy. They have two adorable little dogs that I always looked forward to in the morning. Despite its central location, the house is very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, Beautiful garden and rest area (not used because cold!!!)Too bad!!! Nothing is missing, everything is functional. It was cold but the wood wheelbarrow was appreciated. We had a 3-day stay at this lovely well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We'll be back to test the outdoor pool. Recommended! Thanks to Cedric for his responsiveness and to Chantal for hosting us in person!

We spent a lovely week in La Chapelle at Fabien’s gîte. The house is well situated for visiting La Borne, Bourges, Menetou-Salon, Sancerre. We enjoyed walking/running round the lake in the village and fresh croissants from the local bakery. The house itself is spacious and we enjoyed making use of the pool and garden.

Beautiful, comfortable house, very well-equipped. Small issues (not their fault) resolved very quickly thanks to their responsiveness. Quiet house with a very nice and large garden. Recommended

Beautiful house for a family vacation. The many toilets and comfortable bedding enhance the stay. The garden is very well maintained and the pool is a real plus for the children. The only downside we encountered, and which I hope will not put off future travelers, is the neighbor of the house just above who has fun doing work at 5 a.m., even on Sundays!
