I just wanted to mention that there were quite a few ants near the main entrance, and in my room (the second bedroom), there were some cobwebs near the wall at the end of the bed. The sink outside near the swimming pool area was also a bit dirty. However, overall, I would definitely stay here again if I come to Melaka. Just a small suggestion to improve the cleanliness of the house a little more.

Responsive and friendly host, good location - quiet neighbourhood, suitable for a party of 10. Place is child friendly (rounded edges, books, baby cot and toys for kids) and the place is kept clean. Spacious living area with many tables for dining/ hangout around the house. Fully air conditioned and all bathroom came with water heater. The garage fits 2 cars and 1 more can be parked right outside the gate. Overall, best bang for your buck

Alif gave clear instructions for the check in. he is prompt in the replies. The location of the house is near to a lot of food places! Peaceful environment. The best thing about it is of course the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. definitely would recommend to others to have a stay here if they are going to Melaka. thank you Alif for hosting!

The owner is responsive and attentive. We sought out some maintenance issue for one of the bathrooms in the day of arrival. Never, the huge house is clean and as describes and our group had enjoyed the stay.
