In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

place was beautiful to spend Easter with my fur baby and wife. very clean and instructions were very clear to go inside the house which felt like home as soon as we walked inside .. particularly the deck in the back which we spent most of our time there. would highly recommend this place to anyone ... beautiful walk paths, close to train station and a few cafes around the around which was very convenient

If I could give this place six stars I would! Anita was lovely and super accommodating! Bed was comfy and place was neat. She’s great to talk to and has a ton of recs for the area! We also didn’t have a car but she would drop us off at the train station when convenient!! Would absolutely stay again :))

A wonderful place to stay that was well set up and welcoming. Very well located to facilities and transport, so easy. Outstanding hosts who were very caring and attentive to ensure we had a good stay. Great welcome treats, much enjoyed. Clean and tidy, with all you would need. It was a great place for us to base ourselves and connect with family. Great memories made easier with a comfy place to utilise. Definitely book again.

Dean is a treasure! He is so friendly and helpful. The place is lovely, very cozy and relaxing, the garden is gorgeous, you can hear the birds during all day, Im feeling at home. The beach and the city centre (Chelsea) is only 5 minutes walking from the house.
