We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We were2 families with 2 Adults and 2 Kids each stayed here for 2 nights. It is Located on a outskirts of Paris in a very calm and peaceful location. Just 10mins to Disneyland by car. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

I stayed one night at this listing. To begin with, it is very functional, very well arranged and very clean. In addition, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the duration of my trip. In the morning Carmelo took me to the airport and even offered to pick me up for a more than reasonable price. It was superb and the host is very kind and helpful

Great night spent in this beautiful place. Tour corresponded to what was described, with the flower and overhead projector option, and frankly with the jacuzzi it's amazing.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully fenced courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia info about the place. We recommend it +++

Djahman's place was wonderful and situated in a lovely part of Paris. His communication and hosting was excellent and my family loved our stay!

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

My stay was quite comfortable. everything was clean and I felt rite at home. Enzo was a hospitable host, and very responsive to my text. I 💯 recommend.

This place was great. In a good location that was quiet and peaceful with easy transport connections (bus a few hundred yards away, RER Noisiel a mile or so away for links into Paris and Disneyland). No issues with getting keys from lock box and access. Apartment was perfectly clean with all facilities catered for, including towels. Everything worked as it should and I wouldn't hesitate to recommened this apartment and we'd happily stay there again.

Excellent place, we have a place to park in front of the garage, it is located 2 km from the train station which leads directly either to Disneyland or to Paris center with the RER. If you have a car, it offers a private parking space 100 m from the train station. If I come back to Paris, I'll go back, great value for money. There is everything you need and the stores are not far away if you need anything. It's a peaceful neighborhood. We are delighted with our stay. Thank you very much

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and located in a peaceful and quiet area. It was the perfect base for exploring both central Paris and Disneyland – easy to reach both destinations. The hosts were extremely responsive and always willing to help with anything we needed.
