"La Scellerie", charm in the heart of Tours

Beautiful apartment, all comforts with the charm of the old. You will feel right at home. Equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi. Separate bedroom with double bed 140 X 190. Renovated bathroom. Unclosed mezzanine bedroom area with 2 single beds 80 X 200 for extra bedding under the eaves (an adult cannot stand up properly). Staggered staircase (children with adult supervision). NO CLEANING FEE. Please strip the beds when leaving and leave the apartment clean and tidy.

Very nice 60 m² apartment with exposed tuffeau stones typical of old Tours. In the hyper-center opposite Les Halles, 1-minute walk to the historic district. For 6 people. A large 45 m² room and a bedroom open to a shower room. Pets are welcome in this home, subject to notifying us of their presence. Noisy parties/evenings are strictly forbidden, no noise after 10pm Not accessible for people with disabilities, no elevator.

We can’t say enough about Anabela’s apartment. Located right in the center of old Tours and all the action. The walk up to the apartment screams vibes of old Tours then you walk into this newly renovated, bright and modern looking apartment with all the amenities you need, including a really nice espresso machine. Located on the second floor with a little balcony up front so we could enjoy our wine and cheese and people watch. Anabela was very quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. Claudia and Aurélien are very attentive hosts before, during and after the stay. You're all set for an easy check-in with plenty of information provided. The apartment is very pleasant, very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is ideal.

We spent a week in April at Merouane's place in Tours to visit the castles of the Loire. The apartment has been tastefully renovated recently, comfortable and offers many amenities: it feels like home! The accommodation is within walking distance of the train station but also served by bus; the area has many local shops: bakery, small supermarket, restaurants (pizza at Tony's)... Merouane was a great host: flexible, friendly, responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment is beautiful and full of light. Very comfortable and close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. I stayed for 3 months while doing a language course and appreciated that the photos were accurate. The decor was lovely. Sylvie was responsive and friendly.

Everything was perfect except for one thing. The surroundings are so noisy until about 3 am, so it's annoying when sleeping. But great value for the money. I recommend it for two people. If there are three people, the other person has to sleep on the sofa bed, but the sofa bed is uncomfortable.

We had a great time with the family (7 adults and 1 baby) at Caroline's apartment, located in the city center of Tours. The accommodation is very spacious and well arranged. The decor is very neat. We enjoyed the living spaces, the kitchen was very well-equipped and just like home, it allowed us to have family meals and the spacious living room with its sofas was great for spending pleasant evenings. Caroline responds very quickly to requests. The instructions are clear. The location of the accommodation allowed us to do the tours and activities on foot. The proximity to the halls is a plus for food shopping (and quality) The accommodation is located close to shops if you want to indulge in a little shopping. The Tours region offers many opportunities for sightseeing and walks just a few minutes' drive away.
