Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood. 4minutes from Galleria Mall.Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 plus we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Full sleeper sofa in living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly. Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

The living/bedroom area has a couch, chair, desk, 50" tv, and a new, pillow-top queen bed. Short walk to Buff State, Albright Knox Gallery, and numerous restaurants. Great area with great people, where you will feel safe. Great, comfortable place for a couple of days, or a few weeks. We offer significant discounts for extended stays.
