The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds (brand new orthopedic mattresses), a living room with 3 beds, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator as well as a gas stove, washing machine, microwave, barbecue, all new. It also has a garage that serves as a storage room. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen each have an air conditioner. There is 1 large veranda as well as a 300 m plot that serves as parking. It is a 1-minute walk from the beach, restaurant pizzeria "La Barque".

The city of Chebba is a coastal city 40 km from Mahdia, 86 km from Sfax Airport and 80 km from Monastir Airport. A la carte restaurants, fast food, cafeterias are located along the coast. Swimming, diving, snorkeling and other water sports are the main entertainment to practice. The studio with terrace is located on the 2nd floor of my villa about 150 m from the beach. It is accessible through its independent entrance containing a parking lot.
