Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

If you enjoy privacy and pretty scenery this is the place for you. Enjoy nature and the sounds of waterfalls from the elevated deck. This two bedroom house is all by itself with an updated kitchen. Just a short drive to Laurel Caverns, Falling Water and Ohiopyle. There is plenty of firewood on site for campfires. The long driveway is dirt and gravel and rough and you have to ford a small stream. You don’t need a 4 wheel drive but you do need a vehicle with clearance. Pickup or SUV recommended.

Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Beautiful view of the river valley andthe town of Kingwood West Virginia. Large kitchen with pots and pans. You have your own entry with open floor plan. Main house is above. There are lot’s of windows to view the picturesque valley. With vintage decor and a gas fireplace which makes for romantic setting. From sunrise to sunset the view is incredibly beautiful. 45 min from WVU 2 miles from Camp Dawson Black water falls 40 minutes. Wi-Fi available
