Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Had a very nice stay. Spectacular and idyllic landscape. Appartement very well equipped, especially when travelling with small children. A bed, a chair, cups, toys, everything was there. We didnt know that we were supposed to bring towels though, but received some anyways. Very friendly owners, happily showing our children their animals and letting the feed them.

I loved my 5 night stay here! The apartment is very secure, and the instructions to get inside are thorough, helpful and clear with photos. I never heard any noise despite it being in the city center, and it had everything I wanted and needed for comfort. Everything was clean, the host is very responsive and kind. We spend a lovely long weekend relaxing by the pool. Was fantastic for the children, and fully equiped for a carefree stay. Just to note, which Flore did explain, the google maps/gps will lead you to an incorrect indentical address 20 mins away so be very vigilent with ordering ubers etc when imputting the address. All and all a lovely experience. Will come again!

Tout est très bien …. Excepté pour moi, le contact. Vous y prêtez de l’importance où vous n’en prêtez pas mais je n’ai pas eu de contact avec Christele excepté par SMS. Ce n’est pas ma vision du Airbnb mais une vision parfaitement libérale… Juste l’impression d’être un tiroir caisse, deux sms pour me rappeler de partir à 10h pour le prochain locataire et pis voilà. Je mets 5 étoiles car je ne veux pas porter préjudice à Christele…. Mais peut être Christele s’appelle Georges…. Au fond, je n’en sais rien… sans doute suis je vieux jeu…. J’envoie un ultime sms pour informer de mon départ…. Et rien, aucun retour, pas même un bonne route… vite au suivant!! Bref, pour le reste des prestations… rien à redire, le rapport qualité prix est très convenable, cette location fut efficace, rentable, productive. Merci Georges…

Séjour parfait chez José et Daniele: le logement est impeccable, propre, très fonctionnel et ultra bien équipé, même mieux que ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Hôte sympa, accueillant, réactif et flexible. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine de la résidence qui n’ouvrait qu’en juin, mais nous avons trouvé des endroits au lac à proximité pour nous rafraîchir. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement et ces hôtes!
