Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Chautauqua County

The Daisy Barn is the place to stay. Hospitality as usual, exceptional!! Very well stocked and generous.

As far as the property: The outside of the lodge looks smaller than it actually is. I almost questioned it when we arrived! Then you go inside and it is magically twice the size and absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. My husand and younger daughter enjoyed competing against eachother in shuffleboard and skii ball. Myself and our older daughter enjoyed wandering the property, searching for bears. The feeling of "in the middle of nowhere" was exactly what we needed. The owners: They do have a motorhome on the property and somewhat close to the lodge. They notify you of that prior. I thought it would be weird, but we literally didn't know if they were there or not most of the time. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable of the surrounding area and give a bunch of different recommendations of thing's to do. I reached out to them serveral times to ask various questions and they were very quick to respond and helpful every time. We will definitely return.

We highly recommend this beautiful historic home! Not only is it a beautiful, well appointed historic home with fantastic lake views in a cute lakeside neighborhood, but it was super comfortable for our group. We were able to keep our kayaks down by the community dock, which is only a 5 min walk away from the home, the entire week. The hot tub was great. I highly recommend laying in the hammock and looking up into the trees. We cooked a few full meals and found everything we needed. There are real wine glasses which we greatly appreciated. The neighborhood being a short walk from Chautauqua Institution the week after the programming ended was an added bonus, as all are free to enter once programming concludes. We hope to return to this wonderful place soon!

This was our fourth time renting with an extended family group. We love the house because of the location as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is always a pleasure to deal with Bill, he is always respnsive and checked in with us several times before the actual stay.

Three moms wanted to have a quiet, relaxing getaway and just have girl time. Worked out just how we wanted. The home is huge, beautiful, peaceful and clean. Had everything we needed for the stay. Jen was very patient with me and responsive. Super nice!!😊 there were just 3 of us, but definitely could have stayed with the entire family if we wanted to, there’s plenty of room for a nice family stay.

This was a perfect stay for our group in town for a nearby wedding. The house had all we needed and we enjoyed the foggy lake in the mornings and fire pit in the evening. Laura was lovely to work with, responding quickly to any request or question from pre-booking through our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Mary Beth and Dick were terrific hosts, their home felt so welcoming and cozy during our stay. They go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. The house is gorgeous, extremely spacious, and even better in person than in the photos. The hot tub was lovely and everything was prepared for us at check-in. Mary Beth also gave us some homemade biscotti (the BEST I've ever had) and we got to meet their 9-week-old puppy, Millie (two huge bonuses for us). Mary Beth and Dick were a pleasure to meet and chat with; greeting us upon arrival, providing local recommendations, and making us feel right at home. They were always available in case we needed anything while respecting our privacy. I really appreciate the effort they put in as airbnb hosts and would definitely stay with them again! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing getaway or somewhere to rest for the night along your travels. Thanks again for having us!

Loved the hot tub, loved the record player, all in all was a very fun weekend and if I ever get the chance to come back I will!

As in other reviews be prepared for sulfur water. The sulfur smell is horid. However, i believe the owner has done everything he can to try to elevate it. Filters work well but they need constant flow or they can be bad instead of good. I developed rash from it. I read reviews and knew about it well in advance. The place is very comfortable and quiet location. If you listen carefully you can hear the click clock of amish on the roads. The electric heaters heat the property astonishingly well. This week we had nearly 30 inches of snow. We were sick of the snow for sure. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Beds feel hard at first but slept like baby. No stains on sheets etc as others pointed out. Over all enjoyed our stay. IF YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO SULFUR NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. UNTIL A PERMANENT SOLUTION IS FOUND FOR THE ISSUE. We will probably rebook in 25.

Such an amazing lil' place to find home in the woods! Many might be hesitant not having a bathroom in the cabin, thought the "Shitter", was immaculately clean, no smell, completely warm and once you place the toilet liner in, do that business... and flush, it is gone! Hot tub very spacious and hot!!! (can adjust lower if need be). The guest kitchen, food prep, get your coffee area, was very accommodating and tidy. The whole scene, feel, and folks I encountered made me want to return again and again!

Awesome hot tub room. The cabin was bigger than expected. Everything as described. The kids loved the whole place also.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!
