You will appreciate our "Fleur de Lys" cottage in Mer (41500) for its new construction, 85 m2, can accommodate up to 5 people, partially accessible for people with reduced mobility, 2 sunny terraces. Train station 8mn walk, supermarket and bakery 150m away. In the heart of the Loire Castles, between Orléans and Blois, 5 minutes from Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, bike path "the Loire by bike". A10 motorway exit 5 minutes away.

Le Vieux Pressoir

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Cellettes is 34 km from Beauval Zoo ranked 4th most beautiful zoo in the world! You can also escape to the enchanting Loire Valley by taking advantage of the Loire Valley bike paths.

The Stables

In an old stable of the 19th century, a bucolic setting with a superb view of the pond of the Domaine, the calm and tranquility will delight you. Close to the castles of the Loire, you can go for walks in the undergrowth. You have at your disposal (to share with other residents) a multi-sports ground (tennis, basketball and handball) as well as a swimming pool, a petanque ground and a ping pong table. You can fish or enjoy the boat and pedal boat on the pond.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the river "Le Cosson", from where you can discover the prestigious castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and its surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees makes up an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. The swimming pool is available to the cottage and the 2 guest rooms.

It consists of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and wc. Private parking in a closed courtyard and two outdoor parking lots nearby. Village offering sports and cultural activities, 15 min from the motorway and 25 min from Bourges.

It is the calm of a detached house, located less than 30 minutes from the most prestigious castles of the Loire and Beauval Zoo The cottage with private entrance on the ground floor has a living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor) and 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms. There is a private heated pool from May 1 to October 15 (4x3 x1.40), no one overlooks the cottage and disturbs its tranquility............

Guests can take advantage of the heated swimming pool from April 15 (shared with the owners and another gîte). A Jacuzzi is also available for a relaxing moment surrounded by nature (all year round, optional). In the park, a "play" chalet with many toys available, trampoline, ping pong table... bike rental, optional cleaning.
