Halfway to our respective residences, we came to spend Christmas with family and everything was perfect 1 real Christmas house with all the decor that goes well Huge eating areas both inside and out. pretty bedrooms nice welcome from Sabrina Anthony, you're not safe from seeing us again next year. We had a great time at Christine's! The kitchen is equipped and has a great view: the morning coffee in the sun was very nice! Small bonus: the cottage has many sunbeds for a quick nap in the sun. Maybe we'll come back one day in the summer to enjoy the pool:) The village is very cute, and we were also able to explore the surroundings: Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, Burgundy Canal, Alésia Museum, etc. We are not bored in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful, simple, deeply relaxing. Gorgeous gardens with lots of games so we had endless table tennis and boules championships. Lovely pool. Gorgeous walks. Lovely local cafe / shop. Very warm and welcoming locals. We’ll be back!!

We stayed one night at Christian's place for a wedding. The gite is conveniently located to get to the wedding room. The accommodation suited us perfectly, large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all the necessities. Very nice cottage. I recommend it.

We spent a wonderful and cozy New Year's Eve in the unique Charlet with nine people and three dogs. Right on arrival, we felt very comfortable. The fireplace was already lit, the kitchen had everything your heart desires and every morning there were croissants and baguettes ready for us in a small kiosk around the corner. We could let the dogs run without hesitation in the enclosed garden. There was also space for our four cars in the yard. Thank you for sharing this special charlet with others!

Very good stay with Emmanuelle! The house was very clean, the beds super comfy, nothing was missing. Emmanuelle is also super responsive if we have questions and very friendly. We were there mainly for Nigloland but every night we were happy to come home comfortable and cocooning. thank you again!

Very well equipped cottage, designed to facilitate the stay (vacuum cleaner on all floors, hair dryer in each bathroom...). Dishes are in sufficient quantity and dishes/pots have a size that matches the capacity of the place. The rooms are very spacious. The garden and games for children are an undeniable plus. In conclusion, it is ideal to meet several families, if the opportunity arises, we will happily return to stay there because we were all delighted (3 families with 2 children each)!

What a beautiful home! We were only doing one stop here, and we absolutely needed a step-free, being with the elderly. This place is a real showroom of state-of-the-art amenities, decorated with lots of tastes, the beds were exceptional, the village is very quiet, we slept very well. The owners were very welcoming and very friendly.

The accommodation is spacious, the equipment varied and complete, the bedding of good quality. The living room - with a large bay window overlooking the garden - is vast and bright, which contributes to the well-being of the occupants. Although in the early days of April , we were able to enjoy the garden in the early evening. It was nice to have an aperitif in this peaceful and enclosed space. Finally, we were kindly welcomed by our host, Erhal, attentive and responsive during the prior exchanges. We were five adults and are unanimous in recommending this rental, conducive to a successful stay.

Cozy and spacious apartment. The interior is somewhat dated, but the amenities are modern (air conditioning, electric shutters, jacuzzi). Extensive kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook. There is one bathroom and it is moldy and in need of renewal. The property itself is easy to find and parking in front of the door on the sidewalk.

We had a great time on a weekend with friends. We were hosted very well by Myriam who is very responsive if there are any questions, and concerned about our well-being (recommendations for visits, etc.) Very nice and well-equipped house.

First of all - the this a amazing Location! Duco is a very good host with all the infos you Need for a good time in the House. The House is very lovely with a sauna and a stove heater in the kitchen and Living Room. Everything inside is made with love. If you wanna have a good and quiet time in the middle of nowhere, this is the Right Place. Thank you for Hosting. We will come back.
